Welcome to Beach Vibes – Your Ultimate Beachfront Getaway in Destin! This newly renovated beachfront condo is perfectly designed for unforgettable family vacations. Nestled in the heart of Destin, Beach Vibes offers direct access to the sugar-white sands just steps from your door! Located at the popular Pelican Beach Resort, you'll enjoy top-tier amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, two beachside pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, and steam room.

*Beach-front condo means great views from the 20th floor and easy access to the ocean
*Large balcony overlooking the beach with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors
*3 Pools, one indoor/outdoor pool at the Pelican and two beachside (one heated)
*2 Hot tubs by the pools
*Complimentary gym, sauna, and steam room
*Great open floor layout
*Well-stocked kitchen
*Large TV in the living room and ample seating
*Seating for 6 at the dinner table with 4 additional chairs at the breakfast bar
*TVs in all bedrooms for your entertainment
*EV Parking on site (closed through March)
*Tennis courts and one Pickle Ball court on site (closed through March)

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Views for miles from the top!

Very nicely appointed condo. The patio furniture is quite nice, with 2 loungers and 2 cushioned chairs. Beds are comfortable, and the sofa is great after a day in the Sun for a quick nap. The property itself is a great location with ample beach space.

It was amazing. Waiting for and constant stops on the non air conditioned elevator was less than ideal.

Very nice condo. Would have liked the refrigerator/freezer to have an ice maker. Had to buy bags of ice throughout week for drinks. Also, the condo only had 1 set of evelators in operation.

The weather was a bit cold during the week, so we were pleased with the three heated pools on property. The white-sand beach was amazing to walk on and very clean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great overall. The light in bedroom did not work (flickering). Housekeeping was in there right before we arrived, so it should have been changed. Deadbolt was on door, but not functional. Sliding door in master bedroom did not lock. Toilet paper holder in bathroom would not stay on wall. Keurig probably needs to be descaled. Coffee did not taste right.

Thank you for a wonderful review! We love this property as well, and it is definitely one of our guest favorites. While we are so happy that you had a great stay, we would have loved the opportunity to help you with the maintenance items you listed! We do have a full time maintenance staff who are happy to help 7 days a week to change any lightbulbs. We corrected the flickering light bulb the day you called us about it. Our electronic lock is a very secure lock and will not work with an additional deadbolt. The sliding door lock and TP holder were both repaired during your stay. We try to respond quickly so that you can have a stress free vacation and focus on the beach annd rays. BBV

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort 3 years in a row now and this was our best experience yet. The views from the balcony were incredible and we loved watching the dolphins swim while drinking our morning coffee. So glad the pools were heated... I can’t imagine staying in Destin in April at a place without heated pools. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus... upon booking, I’m not sure this was noted, so we were pleasantly surprised to find both washer/dryer IN the unit itself. Years past, we dealt with putting on wet suits and using damp towels, so it was a game changer to be able to pop them in the dryer before heading to the beach/pool. The management team was accommodating and very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to let us get into the room earlier than the 4pm check in time. We will definitely be booking with them again!
