Nestled in the heart of Destin, Beach Vibes offers direct access to the sugar-white sands just steps from your door! Located at the popular Pelican Beach Resort, you'll enjoy top-tier amenities including an indoor/outdoor pool, two beachside pools, two hot tubs, a fitness center, sauna, and steam room.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Very nice condo. Would have liked the refrigerator/freezer to have an ice maker. Had to buy bags of ice throughout week for drinks. Also, the condo only had 1 set of evelators in operation.

The elevator gets busy at this resort, but staying on the 20th floor made it easier to catch the elevator! We would definitely stay here again.

Roof Construction Ruined the Trip

We stayed here for Springbreak after being promised sunset views. When we arrived we found that the unit’s balcony faces due East. No sunsets for us. After our first shower, the bathtub wouldn’t drain. The shower liner was moldy, and the bed sheets were paper thin. There were no comforters to keep us warm on the 40 degree nights. After our first full day we learned that there was roof construction. Had we been informed of this, we would not have booked the room on the top floor. The unit was basically uninhabitable from 7:30 am until 8:00pm. We contacted the property manager, and they offered zero solutions— for example— offering us another unit that was not directly under generators, air compressors and impact wrenches. While the unit itself was okay, and there were decent TVs, we were really constructively evicted from our unit during the day. This meant extra money on meals out and wasted money spent on meals that couldn’t be cooked. All and all this was a terrible experience. We communicated all of this to the host during the trip and, aside from fixing the shower and changing the liner, there was no resolution to these issues. If you’re considering booking this resort think again before booking through this listing. You can book directly from the resort for about half the price.

Views for miles from the top!

Very nicely appointed condo. The patio furniture is quite nice, with 2 loungers and 2 cushioned chairs. Beds are comfortable, and the sofa is great after a day in the Sun for a quick nap. The property itself is a great location with ample beach space.

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at the Pelican Beach Resort 3 years in a row now and this was our best experience yet. The views from the balcony were incredible and we loved watching the dolphins swim while drinking our morning coffee. So glad the pools were heated... I can’t imagine staying in Destin in April at a place without heated pools. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus... upon booking, I’m not sure this was noted, so we were pleasantly surprised to find both washer/dryer IN the unit itself. Years past, we dealt with putting on wet suits and using damp towels, so it was a game changer to be able to pop them in the dryer before heading to the beach/pool. The management team was accommodating and very friendly. We arrived early and they were able to let us get into the room earlier than the 4pm check in time. We will definitely be booking with them again!

The weather was a bit cold during the week, so we were pleased with the three heated pools on property. The white-sand beach was amazing to walk on and very clean. Overall, we were very satisfied with our time at the Pelican Beach property.
