Emplacement fantastique, multi famille facile, super pour les enfants car nous sommes juste sur la montagne et à 50 mètres à pied de l'ascenseur Villager! Ce condo est notre maison loin de la maison, par conséquent, nous essayons de louer à des familles qui pensent comme ..

Superbe rénovation vient de terminer. Grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoirs en granit et de nouvelles armoires personnalisées. Tous les nouveaux tapis, la peinture et le mobilier complètent ce refait avec goût condo dernier étage penthouse face aux pistes de ski. Voir les feux d'artifice ou vos enfants ski maison de la salle de séjour.
Tous les trois salles de bain complètes sont neufs avec carrelage personnalisé, portes de douche en verre et comptoirs en marbre.
Ski in-Ski le meilleur choix de location, peut accueillir confortablement 8 personnes. C'est une part facile pour deux familles.
Roi en master-Reine et lits superposés dans la première chambre d'hôtes chaussée, l'étage est une mezzanine et salle de télévision sommeil et la troisième chambre a un lit double et un lit superposé. Nous avons aussi une quatrième zone de couchage sur le deuxième étage. Cet endroit calme a une grande montagne Vue depuis le pont extérieur. Si vous dépensez beaucoup d'argent location d'un condo de ski, pourquoi ne pas avoir de superbes vues sur la montagne avec aucune personne vivant au dessus de vous, vous empêche de dormir.
Vous pouvez skier directement à partir de ce lieu de l'ascenseur ou à pied au village pour le dîner et drinks..You ne serez pas besoin de votre voiture!
Grande cheminée à bois pour profiter du temps avec les amis et la famille.
Wi-Fi, télévision par câble, 2 téléviseurs à écran plat Blue Ray Player.

Thank you for staying with us. I believe you stayed with two other families and kids too so there are not too many cheaper places that can accommodate that large a group that is ski and and ski out, like our condo is. Stratton is not an inexpensive mountain to rent at, especially if you want to be right on the mountain, like we are. For three families to share our place, it costs about the same as renting three rooms in the local hotel though that's not on the mountain. As you mention, the property is really nice and in a perfect location. Especially if you have young kids..We are glad you enjoyed your stay.

Wonderful stay MLK Weekend

Andy’s place was great. From the start he was very responsive and accommodating. The layout felt large and slept all of us very comfortably. The walk to and from the base was easy, for adults and young kids. Ski on and ski off was great too. Hoping to come back again!

Mountainside Experience!

Our stay at Stratton Mountain was absolutely fantastic! The place was everything we could have hoped for—clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for an incredible mountain getaway. The accommodations were well-appointed, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time right away.The host was outstanding—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find a place that exceeds expectations, but this one truly did. From the amenities to the atmosphere, everything was top-notch.If you’re looking for a real gem at Stratton, this is it! Perfect condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It’s a very short walk to town (100 feet) and close to the lift (50 feet). The condo itself is much more updated than others in the same building/area. One bedroom has a comfortable king bed and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed (with full and twin beds), plus its own bathroom. On the second floor there is a bedroom with a full bed and a twin bunk bed. And a fourth bedroom with a cozy twin room. Those two rooms share a bathroom and a bonus den (perfect for kids). On the first floor the are very nice views of the mountain, a modern kitchen (with everything you need), a fire place, balcony, a small mudroom for skis and boots and a bench right outside the door to put your boots on. The condo was very clean, towels and paper towels were provided, soap, sponges, etc. Andy the owner was very responsive and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Great Property and Location

Andy was an amazing host who was very communicative before, during, and after our stay! Everything was as advertised within the unit and the location was amazing. It was a 20-yard walk to the lift, and the restaurants and nightlife were a short five-minute walk away. All the bedrooms were comfortable and well-appointed and the bathrooms were like new with excellent showers. The fireplace was in use all weekend and we used the grill on the deck daily/nightly. Plenty of room to sleep 10 and the kitchen had all the utensils/supplies necessary - including two coffee makers! We loved our stay and would definitely rent through Andy again!

2nd Visit; Always Great

This is our 2nd time staying in this fantastic unit in Village Watch and can't say enough good things about it. The design of the unit makes great use of the space and slept our group of 8 very comfortably. From front door to chairlift you're looking at a 90 second walk which really can't be beat anywhere on the mountain!

Great condo in a great location for skiing

Spent a fantastic ski weekend in this well appointed, recently updated unit and can't recommend it enough. The unit is really well laid out and accommodated 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably. We never felt crowded. Adults slept comfortably in the 2 bedrooms on the main floor while the kids had a great time in the loft area that they made into "their space" that kept us from all bumping elbows. The villager lift is right off the back deck and you can go from your front door to sitting on the chairlift in 5 minutes. Also, if you want to head into the village you're about 100 yards from the restaurants and shops at the base. It's a good spot if you have non-skiers in your group. The owner was also super easy to work with any very responsive to questions I had. I recommend this property without reservation. TIP FOR RENTERS: The best way I found to get back and forth to the lifts is via the side entrance of the building on the 2nd floor. Take a left out of the elevator and then turn right when you exit the building. The sidewalk there is shoveled and far easier than trudging through snow with your ski gear.

convenient and spacious condo near to stratton village and lifts

our party stayed a long weekend at the condo, great slope side accommodations, cosy fireplace, deck. we liked being car free and having full kitchen to have meals on demand rather than fussing with restaurants. tv hook up was v good. plenty of beds and baths, everyone had a nice time.

Andy was very helpful throughout the whole booking process and very generous in allowing an early check-in. His place is a perfect location, right next to the lifts and the night life. Will definitely try to come back next year.

What an amazing place! Perfect location, spacious, family friendly. We had a great time!

The layout is perfect for multiple guests and/or families. Clean and convenient, with separate cool space for kids to hang out. Plenty of room with a rockin' fireplace. We would totally rent again. Thanks!

Great rental! Highly recommended. Easy access to Stratton mountain and village

This recently remodeled condo was perfect for our ski weekend. The location is short walk to Stratton village and the lifts. The bedrooms were well appointed and everyone was very comfortable. Having upper and lower floor living area was a plus for our group. Great for either a large family or two families to use together. Owner was very easy to work with and the entire process from start to finish was very smooth. We will definitely rent again.

Beautifully appointed condo in a great location, central to all Stratton Mountain activity.

This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location, central to all Stratton Mountain activities. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently renovated and tastefully so. Everything you need for your vacation is in the condo right down to Dove soap in every bathroom. The available parking spots are very convenient, and trash removal is easy. There is great view of the mountain from multiple sliders on the first level and a very comfortable balcony for the warm weather. There are a few helpful suggestions if you are considering renting this property. Prior to finalizing the rental, be sure to ask about the Security Deposit and Cleaning Fee and how they are to be refunded and/or paid. If you are not familiar with Stratton Mountain, you may want to ask for detailed directions on how to find the condo upon your arrival (the directions assume that you are familiar with the complex). You will have to negotiate a tight, spiral staircase to access the second floor that includes bedrooms 3 and 4 and third bathroom (stairs are not shown on the website pictures). If you rent the property at any time other than winter, be sure to bring a few fans as the upstairs gets quite hot (there are two skylights, no windows). The advertised fourth bedroom on the upper level is very small and has no windows or skylights (this room is not shown on the website for the property). The living room is equipped with a large screen television and you can connect to a Sonos sound system through a cell phone. The off season (when we rented) offers a most reasonable rate. A bottle of wine awaits your arrival.

Thank you for the great review of our condo, we are glad that you enjoyed Stratton. You bring up a few good points that we should address; 1) The cleaning fee and security fee are fully disclosed on the site before you submit your final rental payment. 2) We likely do assume that renters are familiar with Stratton, sorry about that! Our condo address is provided upon rental and we would suggest you Google our location or use the map on HomeAway. 3) The spiral stair cases are common in most of the condos in this part of the mountain, we did not think it important to include a picture of the stairs. 4) The 4th "sleeping area" is described in this way; Bedroom 4 - 1 twin/ single Small very cozy sleeping area, great for teenager or singles. Traveler reviews are very helpful to us. Thanks again for taking the time to offer some suggestions to make our place a great rental option at Stratton.

Our Condo faces Stratton Mountain, is less than a 2 minute walk to Stratton Village. The condo is on the top two floors and is very comfortable. Step outside onto the deck and watch the skiers. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine that we left for you, But the booze in the liquor cabibet is mine!!
