Welcome to Somerset 305 located on beautiful Marco Island! Located directly on Marco Island's crescent beach enjoy nightly sunsets from your balcony looking over the warm Gulf of America. This condo has been remodeled throughout with a fun beachy vibe! Unpack your suitcases and relax while visiting our special island. The Somerset complex has 2 heated swimming pools, 2 private beach access points, tennis and pickleball courts as well as out door grilling. Your home away from home awaits and we look foward to hosting you and your family on Marco Island!

Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $150.

During May 1 - October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season

"Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Beautiful stay on Marco

This was our first trip to Marco Island and this property was just perfect. The views and location couldn’t have been better. The unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our vacation. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing, stress free vacation.

I am very happy with the stay. The location of the property is awesome. The distance to the places we wanted to go were very short. No long drives and there was very little traffic. The distribution of the apartment is spacious and made us feel like home. I will certainly come back to Somerset 305.

Perfect Staycation

Beachfront Getaway

Condo was lovely. Everything we needed. There were a couple things I wish we knew prior to check in. We arrived after 4 p.m. and the guard at the gate was gone. We waited for a while until someone entering came in and they let us in after we explained we were renters. Other than that, the place is awesome. Great location on the beach. Would definitely rent again.

Beautiful view for sunset and to sit on the patio. Lovely unit, well maintained. Covered parking. Pool is heated just enough that it is wonderful. Would stay here again!

Wonderful views and location!

Communication was excellent before we arrived and made check in very easy. Condo was described perfectly so no surprises. It was exceptionally clean. Great views and outstandingly large balcony. Very comfortable and perfectly sized bedrooms. I will stay here again!

Very good. Owner/manager responsive: new TV system just installed several days before and did not work. He came promptly to trouble shoot and instruct us. 4 TVs each with different system, and no instructions. Confusing. Fan in bath near lanai very loud; likely broken but must be on for lights to be on. Needs repair/replacement

Beautiful place

My sister & I stayed here for 10 days. Everything was as stated in their description. We love the Somerset building with the close proximity to the beach, 2 pools on both ends, everything gated, & walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Would definitely stay again in this unit.

Beautiful condo with amazing view

We were very pleased with the condo overall. It is beautiful and well appointed. For 2 couples, there was plenty of room and everyone could gather in the living area and sit comfortably. We did have an issue with the electrical in both bathrooms. The gfi would trip when anything was plugged in and we would have to reset it. We did not dry or curl our hair in the bathrooms. They have updated the unit for the most part but have a few things to finish up. The managers were very quick to respond to any issues. The only other issue, not the managers fault, was that they are painting the outside of the building so it was noisy and the pool on our side of the building was closed. Overall, I would recommend this lovely condo on a beautiful beach with lots of great restaurants near by!

Great location

The unit was very clean and had plenty of beach toys for the kids. Only vacation I can recall my wife wanting to stay longer. We had a great time and very convenient to restaurants and to the beach. The only thing I would mention which a few others have mentioned is the lack of a shower in the master bath. Thankfully we are only 4 and I was able to shower in the other bathroom. My kids loved the bath but sometimes you just want to get in and out.

Ridiculous Non-Cancellation

We cancelled our trip to Marco Island, FL due to severe weather. We notified the host, yes it was last minute, but he basically said unless Florida orders evacuation we could not cancel. Gov. Ron DeSantis, on what would have been day 2 of our 7 day trip, declared an emergency for Collier county writing, heavy rain and floods has affected the "operational capability of critical infrastructure," including major interstates, roadways, schools, and airports. The National Weather Service warned of "life-threatening flooding" that was ongoing in Collier county. I was not going to subject my family to ANYTHING life threatening, so we cancelled our trip and the host was unwilling to work with my family on this. I offered to rebook at a future date and he basically said I am keeping your money. Common decency and proper etiquette seems in order but these folks have none of that.

This was an amazing rental! My husband and I along with our 4 year old had a blast. The proximity to the beach is unmatched! Everything we needed was available too! It was great to have a bit of everything to get started for our week. Although we didn't know about the construction ahead of time, it did not interfere with our stay at all luckily!

Great view

Loved the location, loved the decor. My only objection is the lack of a shower in the master bathroom- we are all in our 70’s and couldn’t climb into that huge tub. The gulf view is fabulous!

Amazing place on the beach

We had a wonderful at Kurt’s place. It was extremely clean with modern furniture and the entire condo looked recently renovated. It was our first trip with a baby and the owners were very accommodating when it came to letting us have baby rental equipment being brought in during our stay. Check in and check out went smoothly, especially considering we had to cut our trip short due to weather circumstances. The host were great to deal with! The room was perfect for our stay! We have been coming down to Marco for over 30+ years and have stayed at several different places, but we will return to this condo again! Thank you
