Our beautiful property with newly planted rose bushes & in-ground pool highlight the private backyard on this large corner lot in the Premier West Pointe subdivision. The heart of this home is its spacious living room and foyer area along with formal dining and entertainment rooms. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of cabinet space. Step outside to your fenced oasis backyard with a beautiful view of the pool that offers both security and space for outdoor enjoyment.

We want you to enjoy your stay and feel at home. Guests have all of the modern conveniences a home has to offer. The kitchen stays abundantly stocked with essential cookware and utensils for guests to cook and dine if they wish. Snacks and coffee generally out for your enjoyment pleasure and on demand. Guests have access to laundry. WI-FI and cable tv are provided. Comfortably sleeps 2-8 people (two king beds, two twin beds, 2 Queens full size beds) and can accommodate 2 other guests using comfortable roll-away beds. The entire home is yours to enjoy. Rooms not paid for will be locked, and all guests must be announced and approved (for the safety of the community).

This modern space is in a safe neighborhood, and very close to the two main streets in the city: Jackson St, and MacArthur Dr. This means you are close to businesses and food. You also will be less than 15 mins from our two hospitals: Rapides Regional Medical Center, or Cabrini Hospital. Convenient to I49 freeway in all directions.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check and sign a guest agreement.
