So Beachy! A family and Pet-friendly Spacious Home

Welcome to SO Beachy!! We are finally back after Hurricane Ian, and this highly-rated property is better than ever!

This family and pet friendly 1200 sqft home has been fully renovated and beautifully decorated, featuring everything you need to relax and enjoy our location that is within 5 miles of Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, and Bunche Beach!

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the beach and stay with us knowing you have all the beach supplies and basic necessities you could need for your stay!

The 2 bedroom 2 bath home consists of a large master suite with king size bed, a queen size bedroom, and an open concept living/kitchen area with 2 full baths.
1 parking spot is provided directly to the left of the yellow fire hydrant. While it is permissible to pull in front of the carport to unload your vehicle when you arrive, please move your car to the designated parking spot after you are moved in.
Small and quiet community centrally located to shopping and several beaches.
So Beachy is located within the community of Cottage Point and is centrally located to some great restaurants, shopping, and of course the beaches! Most beaches are easy to find parking (cost per hour), so driving your own car is recommended.
I have provided most everything you will need to enjoy the areas best beaches! There are 4 very large beach towels, 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas, a cooler, and beach toys (if you are bringing younger guests).
Please take care to make sure everything is brought back from your beach day and kept in working condition for the other vacationers to enjoy! You may be charged for any items that are misplaced or missing.
Pets are welcomed at So Beachy for an extra $50 per stay for either 1 or 2 pets. I am open to a wide variety of pets, but there is a maximum of 2 pets total. You must contact me before you book a stay so we can discuss what and how many pets you will be bringing with you on vacation. I go to great lengths to provide a pet friendly space while also keeping in mind that there will be people without pets staying at So Beachy also! There will be a basket with animal supplies with waste bags, food bowls and hand towels to clean wet paws set out by the front door. Please make sure you clean up after your animals both inside and outside. You will be responsible for any damage caused by pets.
