Brand new pool house on the border of Beverly Hills is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Walk to Rodeo Drive, Fox Studios, Westfield Century City Mall or drive to Santa Monica, Hollywood or Downtown in 20-30 min. Private secure entrance, guest parking, fast WiFi. Dine al fresco by your private pool or sun bathe in the private yard. Designated work space with great zoom background. Perfect retreat for business traveler, tourist or couple on a getaway.
Modern and stylish studio space with King Size bed, kitchenette, full en-suite bathroom, closet, dresser, indoor and outdoor dining space. Enjoy smart TV, Viking Microwave, Toaster Oven, Cappuccino & Coffee Maker, Full Fridge. Dining table with 2 chairs. Additional small desk available upon request. There is a brand new stand-alone heating and cooling system with remote control, along with floor to ceiling room darkening shades with remote control.
We will provide you with 1 Guest Parking Pass which will allow for you to park on the street in front of our home. We live in a residential area with restricted parking which means there are always spots in front of our house for guests. There is a private entrance along the side of the house, across the pool deck and into your private pool house with its own smart door entrance.
Our home is built on top of a hill, making our second floor our main living floor and the downstairs with the pool and pool house, the guest/entertaining/recreation area. This allows for us to have guests on the property without ever coming into contact. It also creates a pretty private and nestled in a tropical oasis on the pool level, making it easy to sneak in some rays when its sunny. There is lots of comfortable seating areas for lounging, eating, sun bathing or even working outside.
When we have guests we will not use the pool or the yard, it will be completely dedicated to our guests and we encourage you to enjoy it! The pool operates on a solar heater, so basically its only heated in the warm months- May-October.
Please be advised that the master bedroom is above the pool house so you may occasionally hear light noise from our family above.
We pride ourselves on giving guests complete privacy so they may enjoy the ultimate escape. The entire backyard and pool is dedicated to our guests for their sole use as well. You may notice our presence from our lights or footsteps above, and while we hope to bump into you while in the driveway when youâre coming and going to say hello, we will not be popping in on you at any point.
