Location was great with a beautiful view of the falls! Also an amazing view of the fireworks! Nice condo, my only complaint was the listing said there were 3 beds total with 2 beds in one room and one bed in the other, but the condo that we were given just had one bed in each bedroom. It was still an enjoyable stay though!

This place is amazing! The view of the falls is incredible especially with the added bonus of nightly fireworks. It was very clean & beds were comfortable. Easy check in with very friendly staff. There was start up coffee pods & bottles of water in the apartment & warm cookies every night down stairs. Cosy bar downstairs was nice. Didn’t eat there but looked like a good buffet breakfast. Very easy walk to all attractions. I would not hesitate to rent this place again & have told several friends about it if they were to go to Niagara Falls. Thank you for sharing this awesome place!

Great view of the Falls and city from our room especially at night. Staff was very accommodating and ease of parking wasGreat. Would definitely stay again and sorry that we only stayed 2 nights. It would have been nice to view the city from cleaner windows though.

This was a PERFECT place to stay in every way! Lenny and his staff were all so helpful and friendly! The condo was beautiful and very spacious and had amazing views! The location was everything I was looking for! Walking distance to the falls, shops, and restaurants! The fireworks at 10 were also a nice surprise!

Great view. Nicely laid out apartment. Lenny and staff were all really nice. Great on site bar. Convenient parking. Great location.On a negative, dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and dishwasher didn’t work. Under the sink we found a pizza box with pizza pieces still inside.

The rental was a great size, It was great for my family of 4 to have enough room to stretch out. We ordered some Papa John’s pizza one night so it was nice to be able to enjoy it in our home base. Its location is close to the sites and the fireworks were great to watch from the comfort of a/c. Thank you for a great stay!

The staff at this place were very nice and helpful. The unit had a lot of things that could of been better. The dryer didn't work, the microwave didn't work, it was very dusty under the beds and it had big spiders all over the outside of the windows. Some got inside and it scared the kids The view was beautiful and conveniently located to thing's

The Giacomo staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The dryer broke while we were there and the staff immediately worked to determine the cause and, though it couldn't be repaired right away, worked out an alternate solution. Top notch!!

This was way better than we realized. On the 15th floor it had an incredible view of the falls as well as north and east. There was also a lounge on the top floor with a full 360 degree view. Check in was seamless and the continental breakfast and 10 pm fireworks were a real treat. The kitchen was small but workable and the laundry facilities were perfect for our family. Location is walkable to all major points of interest on both sides of the border and a reserved parking space is also provided in a gated area across the street. Some people complained that there are a lot of spiders outside the windows but my kids thought it was cool. This was a surprise gem of a listing.

Best thing about this condo is the beautiful view and watching nightly fireworks right from the living room. This condo is close to all the attractions at Niagara Falls. Condo is well taken care of and clean. Rooms are large and decorated beautifully. Staff very helpful answering any questions or requests I had. Only thing that I had to complain about is that the hot tub/jaguzzi didn't work when we wanted to use it at 10 pm after a long day exploring before going to bed. Staff apologized due to maintenance was already gone for the day. So wasn't able to enjoy this one amenity that was offered. Breakfast buffet food had a great selection to choose from. Parking across the street from condo was in a security gated area. Yes I would definitely stay here again.beautiful Beds were big and comfortable. Staff very polite and helpful with check in

This was a delightful condo! The views alone made this the perfect retreat. The location was perfect and such an easy walking distance to Niagara. Having a parking spot was also a great gem. We loved watching the fireworks from our window and seeing the falls lit up at night. Thankful for the morning breakfast provided too; that was wonderful. I was super impressed with the amazing hotel service staff—special shout out to Alysha for her friendly disposition and extra care for us. She was a delight.
