Simple, clean, spacious, great location near Redwood
Simple and comfortable. Great space for larger group. Nice and comfortable furniture for gathering, and just hanging out. Quiet with views of river as part of campground.
Very Spacious and quiet. The interior is quite beautiful. Very close from all 3 Redwood state parks and next to the Klamath River.
Itâs inside a bitten down RV park, so exterior is okay. The RV park hostess is very friendly and helpful.

The cabin is adorable and the location was very convenient for us. The beds were comfortable and clean. However, the tubs had not been cleaned and little cleaning products were available for us. The downstairs tub had a hairball on the drain, as well. We ended up having to clean them ourselves as best we could. The tubs also drain very slowly. The toilet seat upstairs is permanently stained and scratched which would be easy to replace. The downstairs bedroom light barely emitted any light and the kitchens were poorly stocked including no corkscrew which is necessary after cleaning the tubs. In addition, the blinds were broken in two of the bedrooms so I was glad I brought an eye mask. There are some good points though including the wall heaters which work very quickly and the piano which gave us some fun times and laughs. The couches were big and comfy and the TVs are big. The river-facing deck is a delight and we would have loved an outdoor dining set. I would gladly stay again if the tubs were cleaned and the toilet seat and blinds were replaced. Itâs a really cute place and could be great with some small changes.
Hot tub that was listed as one of the amenities was non-existent, (had been one of the reasons why we chose this property) no garbage can in the downstairs bathroom, no place to place luggage in the bedrooms except the floor. Need to work a little harder at it if they expect to charge that kind of price for the property. What's thoroughly under impressed
For check in I was given a code which I would have guessed was to a keypad on the door. Instead, it was to a lock box on a post. This was fine but it would have been nice for the owner to communicate this in the check in e-mail, so we knew what to look for and how to find the key. We knew from pictures that the house was pretty basic. But upon arrival we realized that the place could use a little updating and cleaning. We had to keep killing ants and a few spiders in the kitchen area. The upstairs smelled funny. Overall, I would say the place is just okay.
This was a beautiful property! It was very clean and spacious.
I didnât read the description close enough so I wasnât aware that there would not be kitchen staples like oil and salt/pepper.
Wifi was very slow, but we didnât require it much for anything.
A perfect place to stay for a couple of nights on the way down to Cali!!
Adequate. No frills but had all we needed. A place to s__t, shower and shave. No more no less. Great location for viewing redwoods. Scenic drives. Bring everything you need with you because there is nothing in Klamath and I mean nothing. Also check in before you arrive because there is no cell service for miles either way. Perfect place to unplug and relax. I would use the property again.
