Notre maison de ville en duplex surdimensionnée dispose d'une cuisine de chef ultramoderne, d'une belle salle à manger, de 4 grandes chambres, de 4 salles de bains, d'un bassin profond privé avec terrasse et patio et d'un garage fermé pour deux voitures.

A stay in paradise

This is a beautiful property! The host and cleaning staff were super nice and made the stay super special. Everything was clean, the oven was not working properly but we notified the cleaning staff. Other than that the common areas are gorgeous, my kids had a blast! Cant beat this location!

The views and proximity to the beach are amazing. The property manager and attendant where very professional and attentive to our needs. Will definitely stay there again.

We have visited Bahia Beach several times and really enjoyed our stay at Las Olas 9. The location is ideal and the property was as described/pictured. Communication was clear and check in was very easy! The cleaning crew did a great job through our stay. We hope to be back!

Perfect Option for Privacy with Resort Amenities

We loved our stay here and would definitely rent again! The property had the right amount of space for my family and we loved having the plunge pool right in the backyard. Even better was the direct beach access and ease of getting around the resort to check out everything the St Regis and Bahia Beach Club have to offer.

Spectacular! Did not want to leave!

The property has it all! We had room for all 7 of us and privacy to boot. The boat house, bikes, pool, restaurant, and volleyball courts we so close by, and wonderful to meet other families while being able to go back to our Villa to have privacy housekeepers were excellent and the shopping service by Abdel was perfect. Excellent all-around service, location, communication and luxury!

Great location!

The property is located on Bahia Beach which is a beautiful stretch of beach that is not crowded at all. We were able to access the amenities at the beach club next door. The golf cart included in the rental was a nice addition to tour around the property. The accommodations were clean and just as described. Our only hiccup was figuring out that the hot water in all the showers is opposite of what we were used to! Great vacation!

Paradise in PR

Great home in an amazing location. From the moment you arrive and see the picturesque views of the ocean from the open floor plan to the access to a private (members only) pool only a few steps away, the stay was incredible. We had (4) couples with the intent of playing golf and relaxing over (4) nights. The home was more gorgeous than the photos show online and the open patio overlooking the ocean was our primary hang out spot (I would recommend mesquite spray). The amenities attached with the stay were better than expected from the private beach access to the st Regis facilities. The only negative is the lack of dining options in the area (only 2) and distance to get to San Juan for a group dinner but the home easily made up for that.

Lack of Response and Service Spoils a Great Property

Fantastic location, great layout to the house and proximity to the beach and beach club/pool cannot be beat. Cleaning staff was great, local staff did well with trying to address issues, but the offsite management was deplorable. Internet and TV's did not work for duration of the stay. This was blamed on the provider, but all other units surrounding us had internet, there was no follow up and no compensation. Dryer in unit was broken and never fixed (when booking this was a key as having washer and dryer can cut down on packing etc). Most significantly, this house has A LOT of moisture issues. The walls in the downstairs bedroom are literally falling apart and in some spots down to bare concrete. It was clear the staff are trying to address, as there was a dehumidifier in the room, but no one should be paying significant money to stay in a moldy, wet construction site. On the final day, the ceiling in the upstairs guest bathroom started falling and leaking water. Hopefully management ups their game, but currently they fall well short of the standard that should be achieved at the given price point.

Great getaway

What a fantastic property! It sits right up against the beach club pool and restaurant so easy access to that as well. Definitely enjoyed the spacious living arrangement. The TVs were a little quirky to figure - and a few wifi complications - but otherwise all good and was able to hook up my Roku.Fantastic stay and wonderful amenities and neighborhood.

Lovely Villa, Beautiful Setting

Don’t usually do these reviews, but our extended family (children and grandchildren) had a lovely stay. The villa is large and very well laid out for.a large group to enjoy and extended stay. It is about 100 yards from the beach, looks out directly on the ocean, and is footsteps away from the large and lovely Bahia Beach Club. There is a touch of deferred maintenance, but the property is in the process of changing ownership and one can assume that will be easily addressed (and nothing that interfered with a lovely stay). Communication with property representative could be better — for example, she gave us the wrong WiFi network and password information — that could have been a crisis but the local property manager was able to give us the code to connect to the residence next door.All in all, our group would happily stay there again.

This is our second time to this property - different time of year. The house is phenomenal and the location is stellar. Our children are happy rain or shine and the beach is one of the best we have visited.

A perfect stay at a perfect place!

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Olas 9. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and well managed. The cleaning crew was accommodating and both they and the manager did their best to make our stay wonderful. I definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Puerto Rico.

Beautiful property!

This home is on the beach and right next door to the beach club/pool which supplies umbrellas and lounges and has a restaurant and bar. The home is clean with a king bedroom and full bath downstairs, another full bathroom downstairs and an open floor plan with large kitchen, family room, living room. Upstairs is laundry room, 2 bedrooms with king beds and a full bathroom, and the master is huge with a private balcony overlooking the plunge pool and ocean. Comes with a golf cart to get around the resort. It also has daily cleaning services. The beach is quiet and beautiful.

This was the perfect place right on the beach. Couldn't ask for more with out trip to Puerto Rico. Great communication from beginning to end. All requests were accommodated. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Stunning property

This townhome is absolutely stunning inside and out. Beautifully styled and updated, we enjoyed the gourmet kitchen, the balcony and porch. Views were postcard worthy. The plunge pool with little waterfall was cute and convenient. The grounds were gorgeous. The king size beds and sheets were so amazingly comfortable. I will miss the sheets! The bathrooms are spacious and all the closets were amazing! We did have some problems with the showers unfortunately. One showerhead literally fell off and couldn't be fixed for a couple of days, so we had one less shower to use. It did get replaced so shouldn't be an issue for future renters. The hot water situation is not the best; it's difficult to calibrate and seemed to run out if multiple people took showers. But that was a minor inconvenience. We enjoyed the daily housekeeping service! Lisa took great care of us and was very helpful. The location of the townhome on the St. Regis Bahia Resort was key, as we were nestled inside a safe and luxurious 480 acres, that had many fun amenities and places to explore. The one thing I didn't understand prior to renting the property, is that the resort concierge responds to the townhome residents only as a courtesy, and not bc they are required to. Communicating with them was confusing and frustrating when trying to make dinner reservations at resort restaurants, for example. They seemed to want us to go through them, and communicate by email, but once we communicated with the restaurants directly, that was much more efficient. The restaurant situation on the resort is compromised as they try to get reestablished post pandemic. I think it is like this everywhere so the resort cannot be faulted. Dining out requires patience. We really loved the Paros restaurant! The beach club right next door was really fun and we practically had the pool to ourselves. We would love to stay at Las Olas #9 again!
