Paradise View Villa includes the daily resort fee, daily cleaning, and the convenience of a 6-person golf cart, ensuring a seamless and luxurious stay. Guests enjoy full access to the resort amenities, which include the Beach Club, Golf Club, an 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr. Golf Course, Gym, Tennis Club, Lakehouse with water sports, and 483 acres of gated pristine maritime forest.

It comes fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric stove, as well as cooking pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The spacious layout includes a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and en suite facilities with a shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sink. Walk out of the master bedroom onto the private terrace to enjoy the views and vibrant sounds of the ocean.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, a walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom. There is a third additional full bathroom opposite the kitchen.

Tennis Club: There are 4 hard courts available for use at no additional cost.
Full Gym: Brand new, top-of-the-line gym facilities are available 7 days a week.

HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 4 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
