Réveillez-vous avec les images et les sons de l'une des plus belles plages de Porto Rico dans ce tout nouveau condo penthouse en bord de mer impeccablement conçu donnant sur la plage de Bahia. Niché dans l'enceinte de la rue haut de gamme Regis Beach Resort and Golf Club à Rio Grande, le condo surdimensionné dispose d'une cuisine de chef ultramoderne, d'une belle salle à manger pouvant accueillir 8 personnes et de quatre grandes chambres, chacune dotée de sa propre salle de bain, balcon, télévision à écran plat, dressing et lit king size.

À quelques pas de la plage, les clients se perdront dans le bruit relaxant des vagues s'écrasant contre la belle plage de sable blanc avec 3 grands balcons face à l'océan. Un 4ème balcon sur le côté opposé du condo a une vue dégagée sur la seule forêt tropicale de l'île, El Yunique.

Les clients pourront profiter de la climatisation centrale et de l'accès à tout ce que le Bahia Beach Golf Resort a à offrir, notamment une plage vierge de 3 km, des sentiers de randonnée et du golf de classe mondiale, un parcours de 18 trous conçu par Robert Trent. De plus, les clients petits et grands tomberont amoureux du hangar à bateaux du complexe qui propose du paddle board, du kayak, de la voile et de la pêche. Pour nos clients de 12 ans et moins, le St. Regis propose le club pour enfants tous les jours de 10h à 18h.

The place was amazing!! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and beautiful. The view from our balconies were spectacular. Having our own golf cart to get around the property was also very nice. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful location

Family trip with adult children and 15 month old. Property is in an excellent area with gorgeous views. Abdel was kind enough to stock the kitchen and the concierge found us a wonderful chef. The facilities were great and very convenient. We enjoyed every minute.

Great property.

Our stay in Puerto Rico was excellent. Beautiful villa with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the beach is absolutely gorgeous. The manager was very responsive and quickly took care of a couple of minor issues that arise. I highly reccomend this property.

Big Birthday Girls Trip

This property is beautiful in and of itself and is located in the most beautiful resort on Puerto Rico. We were there for 4 nights and never left the property. There were many different places to explore and things to do right on the St Regis property. And we did nearly everything and ate everywhere! A perfect girls getaway in the middle of winter!

Great family stay!

This was a beautiful home with such easy access to the stunning Bahia Beach! We loved having the privacy of our own villa with easy access to resort facilities. Unfortunately, the golf cart was not functional because that could’ve been really fun! The home is definitely showing signs of wear and tear and the kitchen is missing some important and yet simple needs such as a cutting board. It would really make for a great experience if the owners provided a small outline of resort amenities because there are some really cool things on site such as an animal sanctuary. We took two of the stray dogs on a walk, which the kids loved!

Perfect Paradise!! Family of 8, all adults truly enjoyed a relaxing week on the beach. The accommodations we're perfect with 4 bedrooms and 4 bath's for 4 adult couples. The family, dining and kitchen openness made for a perfect gathering spot. The balconies overlooking the pool and the view of the ocean were spectular. We all wanted to stay longer and can not wait to return.

Great View

This property has a great view of the pool and ocean from the balcony and 2 bedrooms. There are king size beds in all 4 bedrooms and a queen size inflatable mattress. Plenty of seating and dining for a family of 10. The concierge was confused about which facilities were available to us. The Bahia Beach Club served delicious food but is difficult to get reservations due to inadequate staffing. We loved the pools, the beach, the Lake House, and Wellness Center.

We had a good time; however, the listing was somewhat in error. It says four bedroom each with its own bath and balcony. It has one master bedroom with balcony. One secondary smaller bedroom with no tub but with a balcony. A third bedroom with no tub, one sink and no balcony, and a fourth bedroom with no balcony or bathroom. It relies upon the general hallway guest bathroom. No rooms have a view of the rain forest. The only room facing that direction has a view of the parking lot, street, and golfcourse tree barrier.

Truly a Magnificent Property!

WOW! First, the property itself was amazing. All the king beds were perfect and the main suite was more than spacious. We used one fold out bed as there were 9 of us. The kitchen, living room, balcony had plenty of room and .... wow, what an amazing view overlooking the pool and then the beach. We had full access to everything - the water park at the lake, restaurants and the golf course. We ate at Paros for dinner and it was our best meal in Puerto Rico - it was expensive but worth the price. We ate breakfast / lunch at Seagrapes and really enjoyed the main pool on the Marriott property. The Beach Club by the golf course was not our favorite ... better for lunch than dinner. The kids especially enjoyed the lake and spent most of their free time there. Five people enjoyed the spa and my wife and I played 18 holes (plan to bring a camera to catch the amazing scenery and A LOT of golf balls). One of the most beautiful and convenient places I have had the privilege to stay.

Beautiful condo for 8

The condo and grounds are beautiful. It was very comfortable for our family of 8. We all had a wonderful time. Areas for improvement: We could of used more info at checkin. We did not know if we were in Las Ventanas I or II. We weren't sure where to park and we did not know which golf cart was ours to use. (The info on the keychain did not correlate with the cart. Also, we could not find any information regarding what restaurants were on property, hours of operation, etc. The concierge was very helpful, but we didn't know how to find them either! The hotel concierge pointed us in the right direction. Perhaps, just a one page pdf with this info to be included for guests sent the day prior to arrival. Once we found everything, the rest of our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you!

Beware of this property owner

SCAM ALERTLong and short we booked a trip with this owner months in advance only to be notified shortly before our trip that "maintenance would require them to cut our trip short by 3 days" in the middle of spring break. the majority of our group was forced to cut their family trip short while some were forced to transfer to the local St. Regis. On the day of our check out we discovered that someone else had checked into the property (we have photos) and that we were in fact lied to and SCAMMED by this owner. There was not "maintenance work" The owner then took it upon himself to modify the reservaation in the VRBO system and issue a nominal refund not equal to the prorated cost of the stay....Some racket this owner has going... Worst of all I trusted this owner as we have stayed at this property on two separate occasions previously.Communication was horrible from the start to the finish and the management was virtually non responsive.Buyer beware!

Very Beautiful Place

Going into the vacation, we wanted to find a nice spacious condo with enough bedrooms to comfortable hold my family. And we wanted to have access to the ocean and to a pool. Added bonuses were the tennis courts and fitness center. The resort was very quiet as the hurricane aftermath was still a reality. But the resort was beautiful and perfectly manicured. There was construction of a new condo building right next to ours but that was fine. Due to the renovations to the main hotel, that restaurant was not open. And another restaurant in the resort was also closed (probably due to lack of tourists). So we did have the golf club restaurant as our only option. But we went off property for some dinners and cooked at home also. For us, it was okay in that regard. The condo was beautiful!! The large balconies were very nice. And the views of the ocean were amazing too!! We loved the pools, the 2 miles of tropical beaches, the golf cart, the friendly staff, the landscaping, the tennis courts (with a grand view of the rain forest), and weather. We stocked up our fridge at Ralph's groceries about 20 minutes away (we rented a car for the trip). So, thumbs up!!! I loved the place!!!

House not maintained and technically is a 3 bedroom house, not 4.

Regrettably there were numerous appliances that were not working which impacted our stay including the ice maker never worked (water was also leaking onto the floor our entire stay), the dishwasher never worked, the outdoor grill (later fixed but we couldn’t grill dinner on Fathers’s Day), the outdoor lights by and in the pool leaving it very dark and not safe (never fixed), ceiling fan in master (fixed later but made a clanking noise). In addition the house was listed as having 4 bedrooms. According to International Building Codes a bedroom must have an egress window and the 4th bedroom did not and it also didn’t have a closet. It was a space directly off the kitchen with a bed in it and pocket door that would not stay closed. This is clearly a safety issue. Overall while we liked the location, I would never choose to stay in this house. It’s simply not maintained. We requested a partial refund (which we’ve never done before) and now the host and concierge do not respond unfortunately.

Candid Overview

This property is exactly the place it appears in pictures....but only better. We chose this location even though only 4 people were traveling and staying in a 4 bedroom villa. because it was represented as oceanfront. We considered two rooms at the nearby St. Regis but felt this was a better value in determining our vacation. The Villa was spectacular and it such a great location. Steps from the beach and our own private pool (as seen in picture). Keep in mind that a short walk away we also had had access to the Beach Club pool, clubhouse, and staff supported beach area, as well as all St. Regis ammenities. The elevator was out of service for our arrival but a brisk walk up and down the stairs the first day was a great way to work off the amazing food and drink's we seemed to consume! Since we experienced two days of rain we wanted to use the veranda more frequently but due to missing glass panels it was useless during the rain. Outside of those two issues the unit was clean and comfortable for the four of us. If four couples shared the unit it is a BARGAIN! The surrounding resort is amazing with Golf, Tennis, Fitness facility, and the beach was simply amazing....We felt like we were the only ones on it most days. Yes if you want crowds and night life.....This is not the place to go. If you want to unwind, have some great meals, golf and be active with those you came with this is your place. Say hi to Orlando in the beach club restaurant for us, he is an amazing waiter! Abdel our contact for the unit also answered timely any questions we had. All in all we would HIGHLY recommend staying at PH 416!

We loved the Bahia Beach resort, private chef for one evening, rain forest, bioluminescent kayak, etc. Fair warning - you will either need a car or a driver for your trip as the St Regis is not centrally located and taxi/ubers are sparse and expensive.

The resort is amazing!!

Renting was an easy process. The unit itself had issues that I can discuss with the owner. We had a wonderful experience in this resort. Loved it!!

Best vacation ever

We took our 5 children ranging in age from 10-22. There was something for everyone. The property was better than we could have imagined. We will be visiting again. The hosts were wonderful. Way better than 5 stars!!!

I love being able to share the experience with those who, like me, are tired of staying in hotels and are looking for an upscale, serene home away from home to spend their vacation. There is nothing like waking up to waves crashing and the tropical sun glaring outside your door. The four bedrooms and four baths makes it the perfect getaway for a large family or friends looking to get away together.

Each spacious room is equipped with a flat-screen television and a plush king-size bed. The grounds are quiet and secluded for those guests who enjoy peace.
