Enjoy all that the area offers in this 3-bedroom farmhouse. This adorable property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 1 full bed, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed, and a large living room with TV, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The farmhouse features modern amenities such as WiFi, and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Situated between Elk Mountain and Montage Mountain, close to many golf courses and Hurricane Hills Sports Center and just minutes from the Lackawanna State Park, this fully renovated but still charming farmhouse is a great find for sports enthusiasts. Endless Mountain Hot Air Balloons flies from this area. You can book at weflyhotair.com. The home is located on an improved farm road. Please be advised that depending on the time of year, road maybe muddy or dusty. This home has no air conditioning but most nights in summer are cool.

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn's farmhouse! The house was so cozy and felt like we were staying right at home on the farm. The screen porch was wonderful for morning breakfasts while watching wildlife pass by including many deer. It is a nice location close to town for shops and restaurants.

This adorable farmhouse was cozy and exactly as described. We enjoyed the firepit and the screened in porch too! The owners have pretty much thought of everything to make your stay comfy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if coming back to the area.

Such an adorable house!! Everything we needed and very comfortable. The area was quiet and beautiful. We to Lackawanna State Park and hiked. Restaurant La Rosa highly recommended and local dairy Manning with delicious ice cream!

We were in town for a family reunion. The Farmhouse was absolutely perfect! Our three-year-old Niece loved exploring the home and the property. She was so excited to find books and games. We will definitely be back...I think we will stay for 2 nights next time!

Just lovely!

This sweet house is so cozy. Plenty of rooms, comfortable beds, and very welcoming hosts. There are ponds a short walk away and it's very quiet. I wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

Lynn and mark have a wonderful farmhouse that feels so homey as soon as you walk in. Lynn was communicative ahead of the stay and during. Will be staying here again next time I’m in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this updated farmhouse. Check in was easy. The host communicated all details and was available to answer questions via text. The house was spotless and details for guests well thought out. We enjoyed dinner at a nearby restaurant, La Rosa. Quiet, peaceful

The farmhouse was very cozy, clean, and comfortable with lots of charm, and perfect for our ski trip. Lynn was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Great little getaway

This farmhouse is secluded, clean, newly renovated and wheelchair friendly. A hidden gem! We stayed here while on a ski trip to Montage and Elk Mountains. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond!

Great Stay! Less than 30 minutes to Elk Mountain

Wonderful choice for a group of 5! Enough beds for us all - the king bed was huge for two of my friends to share, with plenty of room for a third person if needed. The two other beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets for everyone if needed. The living area and kitchen were welcoming - everything was well organized and we were able to find what we needed to cook quite easily. Hosts were lovely and contacted us after an initial message we sent when having trouble locating the house, but we were able to locate it after following the map on VRBO (Google Maps stops you about a minute before you reach the house). Everything was clean when we arrived and it was overall a great stay and home for our short trip! Would definitely recommend and come again.

Warm and cozy

This renovated farm house has all the modern conveniences yet maintains it's rustic charm. There is plenty of room to relax and recharge after a day of activity. The beds are inviting and cozy with lovely flannel sheets in winter. The kitchen boasts new appliances , but if cooking isn't your thing there are several nearby restaurants. This property was perfect for our family getaway to.

Worked really nice for our post skiing day at Elk Mountain. Cozy, clean and comfortable! Didn't have time to explore the immediate area but looks like there's some great hiking and fishing nearby. Nice history provided by owner about the property. Definitely recommend for any type of getaway.
