OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please ensure that you submit government-issued IDs along with occupant information forms within 24 hours of booking your accommodation.
PETS: Please declare them before making your reservation. There is a non-refundable fee of $350 for the first pet and $250 for the second pet, along with an additional monthly charge of $20 per pet. We allow a maximum of 2 pets, but please be aware that there are weight and breed restrictions in place.
For the well-being of our community, we kindly request that you pick up litter, and when outside, dogs must be leashed at all times. Cats should remain indoors.
If your unit has a balcony, please ensure you provide any necessary safety gates for young children. We are not responsible for towing fees, so please follow these parking guidelines:
1. Park in a designated parking space, not along the curb.
2. Do not park in fire lanes (marked in red on the curb).
3. Do not park in handicap spaces without the appropriate tag or plate.
4. Do not park in reserved spots or carport parking areas without a proper reserved tag. If you want a reserved space, please let us know.
In the event of lost keys or fobs, a replacement/loss key fee of $100 will apply.
UTILITIES: Electricity bills are covered in the rent up to $150 for a 3-bedroom unit. These rates are designed to account for typical electricity usage during peak periods and also cover water, trash, and Internet expenses.
These guidelines aim to help guests manage their utility consumption effectively while also minimizing their environmental impact. Please note that individual circumstances, regional utility rates, and seasonal weather can influence actual utility costs.
