Paradise Palms is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. To the west (or east) you will find a Publix (grocery store), a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food, banks, and a walk-in urgent care clinic. A little further south is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. To the east of Paradise Palms is downtown Cape Coral with even more restaurants, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, a farmers market.

Closest Beaches:
Ft Myers Beach - 15 miles away
Sanibel Island - 21 miles away

RULES
Please note: NO PARTIES policy. There is plenty of night life just down the road.

Immediate removal and additional fees, per day stay, will be assessed per incident for violating house rules.

* NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping or chewing tobacco is permitted on the property.
* No Parties or 3rd Party Bookings
* No unauthorized Guests or Pets
* No Disabling of Wi-Fi or Covering of Cameras
* Minimum age limit 35 years. ID required before entry
* No glass in pool area

Smoking, chewing tobacco, vaping is not allowed on the property. $500 fee per day for smoking, vaping or chewing tobacco.

No pets. $500 fee if a pet is found on the property.

No parties or events.
No loud music inside or outside.

Extra Guests: If more guests than the 6 permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $100/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property. If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We aim to prevent any misunderstandings.

Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood. No parking on the grass. If damaged, you will be charged.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Additional cleaning fee for excessively dirty home.

Only the person who booked can check into this reservation.

Any person not following the rules will have their stay terminated immediately.

All guests are responsible for their actions.

SECURITY
There is a security system and 3 cameras located on the property. 1 on the driveway, 1 on the doorbell and 1 covered camera on the lanai (the lanai camera is only active when the alarm is set.

BUGS AND CRITTERS
Please be aware this is Florida; if you don’t want bugs, mosquitos, spiders, snakes, lizards, rats, palmetto bugs, or cockroaches in the house, do not leave the cage and house doors open.
DO NOT LEAVE ANY food on the counters and clean up the counters and floors as bugs are attracted to food. We do not give refunds for bugs and / or critters found in or outside of the property. We have monthly pest control and have never had any pest or critter issues thus far.

HURRICANES/STORMS
We do our best to work with guests in the event of a named storm. As a general rule, we will only refund or allow a date change if there is;
1) A named hurricane is directly affecting our property (ie, we are in the 5 day NHC “National Hurricane Center” warning cone and where;
2) Local authorities have issued a voluntary evacuation order for our area.

Obviously hurricanes can affect a large section of Florida with bad weather during hurricane season (from June 1 through November 30), so we tend to keep to the rules above.

It is a risk guests take when booking a home during hurricane season in Florida. It is Airbnb’s official policy that they do not refund in areas of the country where there are weather conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location during that time. Specifically cites Florida hurricane season as an example.
