We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and trash can liners. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration

Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the parking and entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.

☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied

MAXIMUM of 12 guest occupancy. Anyone over the age of 3 should be accounted for on your reservation.

We will enforce our cancellation policy agreed upon in the booking platform and STRONGLY encourage purchasing traveler insurance. We do not refund for weather, weather related issues or natural disasters.

There are plenty of parking on the gravel driveway.

Cell service is very spotty at the cabin. We have excellent WiFi, so we recommend setting up your phone for WiFi calling if you would like to text/call out/receive calls during your stay.

Upon booking, we'll send you the door code to enter. Detailed house instructions will be available upon arrival.
