The Porch at Villa Sabine is a waterfront 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, town home with sweeping views of Little Sabine Bay. This airy end unit has a private garage, and 24-hr self check-in with personalized key code and video doorbell. With 4 outdoor spots to soak in the scenery, from watching dolphins to sipping your morning brew, every moment here is pure bliss.

The main level offers comfortable seating in the living area, including a sleeper sofa, additional sofa, and 85” Sony TV. The kitchen, decked out with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas. The multi-functional dining area has been renovated with a banquette that seats 6 comfortably. Living space can be extended with the spacious outdoor Sound view main floor balcony with 5-seat sectional and two counter stools. Also on the main level is a bedroom with a twin bunk bed, 55” TV, Xbox Series S game console, and gulf view balcony access. Truly a kid`s paradise!

The second level extends your leisure with two additional master suites, including the waterfront master bedroom with a king bed, en suite double vanity, private waterfront porch with panoramic views of Little Sabine Bay, and private sitting area with a 55” TV. The Gulf view master suite offers a king bed, en suite bath, with a 65” TV and a private balcony.

The Porch`s amenities include onsite outdoor grill and complimentary wireless internet. Let`s not forget the spacious garage, perfect for all your beach gear! Great Place

The townhouse was clean and had all the stuff you would need for cooking cleaning showering beach things. Overall very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area and it’s available

Fantastic propertyy

The space is lovely. Bright, airy, and in a perfect location on the Bay. The beach is right across the street, and all of the special equipment (beach buggy, bikes, paddleboard, etc.) make it so easy to be active.

A bit of paradise

A very comfortable and well stocked townhome - Great location to enjoy both the quiet water of Villa Sabine for paddleboarding, kayaking, and access for your own personal boat, and then to walk over to the Gulf for surfing and other water activities. Also a BIG bonus to this location during the Blue Angels beach Airshow, as the Blues flew low and directly overhead several times!

Family vacation

We were very pleased with everything from pre-vacation communication with property owners through checkout. Any questions we had were answered promptly. It was very clean! The only problem we experienced was with television and wifi the first day/evening, which I spent hours trying to figure out. The owners were helpful in trying to address the issues remotely and they were always quick to reply to questions. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great stay!

Stay was pretty good overall. Neighbors complained of loud music the second night when they realized who was staying there cause the music was at a respectable volume the entire stay. Also complained about parking in front of garage when 2 other cars were parked in the exact same spot. Host threatened to call authorities without even asking or checking in to see what was going on.

Hi Zhanae! We are glad to hear that you had a great stay at The Porch! Unfortunately, during your stay we received numerous complaints about loud music between 1am - 2am. There is a noise ordinance that goes into effect at 11pm on Pensacola Beach, so we have a responsibility to ensure that our renters abide by this ordinance. We were notified by a very reasonable neighbor, that hasn’t complained about any of our guests in the past, so we felt like the volume must have been excessive. Earlier that day, we also received a complaint due to your car being parked in front of the neighbor’s garage that prevented them from leaving. We have a garage for our renters’ cars, and guests also can park in front of our own garage - as well as the communal parking in the center of the complex. I believe the previous car you saw parked in front of the neighbor’s garage was his personal vehicle(s), which is his right as an owner of that space. We strive to respect our neighbors, and expect our renters to do the same.

Loved The Porch

We rented The Porch for a visit with our kids and grandkids and could not have been more pleased. It’s such a nice place to stay…everything you could want. We had four adults and three children (12, 10 and 7), and we found we had plenty of space. We took a cot for the third child and it fit fine in the main floor bedroom. We enjoyed using the paddle board and kayak in Little Sabine and appreciated the cart with big wheels to carry all of our stuff when we visited the Gulfside. It’s a lovely place to stay, and we hope you enjoy the balconies for sunrises, rain showers, rainbows, birds watching, naps, and sunsets like we did…lots of great memories.

Great views & great amenities!

We stayed at the Porch at Villa Sabine for 5 nights in May 2024. Everything about the rental experience was easy. Great communication from the property management made check in/check out a breeze. The townhome is beautifully renovated and was absolutely spotless. The furnishings are high end, and the mattresses provided a wonderful night's sleep. We made great use of the available kayak, paddle board, beach cart, and beach chairs. The bay views are amazing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Suggestions would be to add an iron & ironing board. Also, we could not find the charging base for the Dyson (this would have been helpful to vacuum up the sand that inevitably tracks in from the outdoors). We will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family!

Girls Trip 2024

This booking was a last minute change for a girls' trip (from a hotel suite to the townhouse) and it was the BEST decision! The townhouse was clean and ready to go at check-in time. We had an issue locating the bedding for the sofa bed and the linens were delivered within 15 minutes of reporting the issue. All the beach accessories were a really nice touch! It was super nice not having sand in my vehicle when I got home. Morning coffee (which pods were waiting on us) on the living room deck was our favorite way to start the day. The Aveda shower products, also a nice touch. The "girls" that flew in didn't have to worry about the liquid/TSA nightmare. The only non-issue is location is just a tiny bit too far to walk (in our opinion); however, Uber was an excellent solution. I would 10000% stay here again. The host(s) were quick with their responses and the check in provided in helpful to new visitors of the area.
