La vraie cabane en bois rond du Vermont.

Cet intérieur luxueux, à aire ouverte, véritable cabane en rondins construit à partir d'arbres canadiens à croissance lente qui ont plus de 200 ans. Ceci est une perle rare. Cette maison de trois étages, blottie dans un terrain rustique sur cinq hectares privés cachés derrière des portes ornées en fer privées. La chambre principale en suite répartie sur tout le 3e étage sur 1400 pieds carrés. Il y a quatre autres chambres (deux avec salle de bain attenante), une grande pièce avec plafond de 30 'et foyer, et une grotte pour homme / salle de projection avec une cheminée. Tout le sol est chauffé par chauffage rayonnant vous permettant de marcher dans vos chaussettes en vous réchauffant les pieds. Une cuisine gastronomique avec un îlot de bloc de boucher de 10 pieds en érable au rez-de-chaussée rempli avec chaque appareil et une cuisine complète supplémentaire au premier étage le long de la salle de projection de la grotte de l'homme avec un bar de 10 pieds, une table de billard, une table de hockey sur air, des foos table de bal et un projecteur et un écran pour regarder dans vos sièges de théâtre, enveloppé de fausse fourrure. À l'extérieur, une terrasse de 1000 pieds carrés avec un autre bar et grill de 10 pieds avec tables et chaises pour rencontrer et profiter de vos invités. C'est l'une des plus grandes maisons de la région. Beaucoup d'espace pour les réunions de famille, les enterrements de vie de garçon / de jeune fille et les rassemblements pour que les gens ajoutent de grands mémoires.

Les clients auront accès à l'ensemble de la propriété, sauf la maison d'hôtes, sauf si spécifiquement loué avec la maison principale.

Rue privée, loin de la vie urbaine, mais à seulement 20 minutes de Burlington et 30 minutes de ski. En conduisant à la maison, une vue imprenable sur les feuilles changeantes ou la forêt enneigée. Pendant l'hiver, l'allée incurvée laisse une vue pittoresque sur la carte de Noël. Les clients ne sont pas coincés seulement au ski ou au centre-ville de Burlington. Vous avez les deux. Le centre-ville de Burlington propose des boutiques, des visites de bières, des restaurants, des cafés, des brunchs, des promenades pittoresques au bord du lac et la célèbre Church Street. An absolutely perfect house for a family of eight. Each bedroom had its own bath (downstairs two bedrooms shared a bath). There was plenty of space to relax and the first floor was an amazing game room. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped for cooking. The entire home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The best however, was Dino. He was a most gracious host.Highly recommend for a family reunion

The property is beautiful. Dino the host is quite the world traveler and the things to look at and admire are never ending. The personal touches were so appreciated, like tissues in every room, wine, water and snacks upon arrival, decanters full of breakfast cereal and a huge glass jar of Oreos. The location is perfect being approximately 45 mins from the Vermont Teddy Bear Factory in Shelbourne (south of Burlington) to the west and 45 minutes to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream to the east (also near Von Trapp brewery). Even though the cabin is in a wooded area, we felt very safe and secure. Dino was always accessible and always helpful. Note that the dining room table seats 8 comfortably. (It is difficult to see in the pictures.)For those with toddlers, bring a cot because the mattresses are as high as those in The Princess and the Pea! :) If you're vertically challenged, no worries - there are foldable step stools in each bedroom!Paper towels and TP are well stocked but I would suggest bringing foil and baggies, if needed.Market 32 and Hannaford's are great for groceries, and Hoagie's Pizza and Pasta provide awesome pizza (no delivery).Our family of 8 had a wonderful time and would return again.

A magical, perfect weekend!

This house is truly beautiful and magical, from the snow covered landscape, to the roaring fire, cozy armchairs, enormous and well stocked kitchen, amazing record collection, and great hot tub. We went with ten friends and couldn't have had a better time. Dino was an amazing host, hoping to come back soon!

Vermont Charm

We had the best time at this property. It's exactly as portrayed in the pictures. The host is wonderful....incredibly responsive. So many lovely rooms. The only downside was that the host controls the heat and with temperatures in the negatives/teens, the system had trouble heating the whole house. I would definitely recommend this property and more importantly, I would stay here again without hesitation.

Excellent Stay

We loved staying at this log cabin! It was a great and relaxing place my family could all stay together for my cousin's wedding. We had plenty of space the beds were super comfortable. The check in prosses was different than most places I've stayed, but Dino was great at communicating and made sure we had a great stay. We loved the basement with the pool table and spent a lot of time down there relaxing which was great!

Beautiful Home but Just OK

FYI-There was no cancellation on this property when I booked it 7 months in advance. No directions up front on entry or anything else. I needed to call 1/2 hr. before arrival and at arrival to get directions on entry. To be fair, the owner let us in 2 hours earlier which was kind and he replied quickly every time I texted him.I had to text the owner every time I needed something, entry, lights, problems etc.. I had 15 people and had to go back and forth between owner and my group which was very time consuming. The front storm door was a nuisance (loud) because you needed to shut it by slamming it. The locks weren't easy on front door and back door handle fell off back door. The rod iron reeling on the deck wasn’t safe at all. The frig was not working correctly, warm drinks, but there were 2 other frig's there. That was a plus. The tent we were supposed to use wasn’t available and that left one person without a bed. The owner did offer the tent for free but did not tell me until 1 week before about the tent not available. That left 1 of us without a bed.Most disappointing was the slime in the tub because the water wouldn’t go down the drain. I was embarrassed when I was told about it.Couldn't find light switch's. When 4 people can’t find a light switch that’s a problem. That happened a couple of times.I asked for any kind of compensation by owner but he didn't agree which was disappointing.

The home was one of the few instances where pictures do not do it justice. Everyone agreed that this was the perfect getaway for a large group near Burlington Vt. The host was incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. I would book this place again without second thought! Thank you!!!!

Vermont Luxury Log Home

We had a great stay at Dino’s beautiful log home in Vermont. We had a party of 11, with plenty of space and a great kitchen for cooking. The downstairs game room was great, and the guys played a lot of games of pool. We would definitely stay again. Thanks again Dino.

Truly Perfect

This cabin is a gorgeous, peaceful oasis in the woods. It has plenty of space for larger families - we had a group of 6 adults, 4 children with plenty of room to spread out, hang out, and play games together. The cabin has ALL the amenities you could need, and if something is missing the owner will help you immediately. The owner was the warmest and most accommodating we have ever rented from, I can't speak highly enough of him and the property. The cabin is also a short drive to towns with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. You will not regret staying here!! Highly recommend!!

Even better than we expected!

This is an amazing property, and the cabin is even more spacious and impressive than in the pictures! The surroundings are quiet, calming, and peaceful, the accomodations are very comfortable, and the property is close enough to plenty of activities to keep everyone busy. We came here with family ages 7-75 and had a great time. The host, Dino, was very welcoming and super responsive for the entire length of our stay. We will book this cabin next time we visit the area.

Perfect VT getaway for large groups

Very spacious house that’s perfect for large groups. We had 7 people in town for a pond hockey tournament and all 7 had their own bed (we also reserved the guest house). Dino was really easy to communicate with and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

A Private Paradise You Don't Want to Miss!

From the secure gated entry to the soaring pines surrounding the property, this secluded getaway is perfect for your friends and family vacation. We were greeted with snacks, cold drinks and a giant jar of Oreo's while we discovered this rustic cabin style home's huge rooms filled with movie memorabilia, comfortable furniture and a chefs dream kitchen. Just a short, scenic drive to town for incredible shopping and a sunset dinner cruise. We all loved our stay and would definitely visit again!

Great place, good location, and awesome host!

I booked this for a large group of friends for a celebration/ Getaway. First Dino was extremely helpful and friendly from start to finish. The cabin was large and well kept and looked exactly like the picutres, the rules were simple and clearly conveyed to us from Dino and he offered to give us local recommendations for the group. Burlington is a close drive and that’s where we did most of our day trips. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a unique place to stay and Dino made it just that much better.

What a great place!

We chose this house as we needed enough room for a family group attending a wedding in Burlington. We had more than enough room and only wish we'd been able to spend more time there to take advantage of all it offers, such as the game room, movie theater, and wonderful kitchen for cooking. We did not use the guest cottage, but it looked very cute. The host, Dino, is beyond nice and accommodating to all of our needs. Can't say enough good things about him and the house!

Dino's Place

The property was precisely as advertised, and then some! We had a large group of guests staying, but we had everything we needed, and more, to make us comfortable. It felt like our own private estate! Parking and ordering transportation was no problem whatsoever. There were a couple hiccups along the way, but nothing that could have been foreseen by the host. Despite that, the host could not have been more helpful with accommodating us. I have never experienced a host so involved with communication, and support of his guests. He truly wanted to make sure everything was working properly, as advertised in the listing. This was the most impressive REAL log cabin I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We will definitely be back..thanks again!

The real deal!

Looking at the property online I thought to myself no way is this real. Our jaws were on the floor when we walked in. A quiet and beautiful large log cabin with all the amenities you could need for a great visit. The hot tub was a great way to unwind after a day in a Burlington. The owner provides records to fill the large open main area with music while cooking and hanging out. The pool table downstairs was a great addition, my bachelor party group spent hours playing. The beds are super comfortable and there is almost a bathroom for each bedroom. This house would be great for a few couples to go and hang together. The owner, Dino, was very responsive. We chatted several times through the stay and he wanted to address any issues and did several times immediately. It was wonderful to rent from him and I would again if the need ever arose. There is grocery shopping nearby and would encourage you to take advantage of the beautiful chef’s kitchen. Great stay, great property and amenities and great area.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER

We booked this property for Christmas vaca. Day of check in we were told property lost power. We never got to stay at the property. The owner is refusing to refund our money when it was 100% his fault that we were unable to stay. We rented a nearby hotel for one night and then drove home. After many calls with owner and Vrbo , Vrbo told owner to refund us and Dino ( owner ) is still refusing. It’s so upsetting we are not a wealthy family, we just needed a Christmas away from home this year. My brother passed away and this was our 1st Christmas without him. We just want our money back so we can go on a family vacation. Please just refund us our money.

Log Cabin for the Family Celebration

Dino has built and decorated an amazing log cabin. The property inside is spacious and decorated with taste, style and fun in mind for his guests. Our family of nine celebrated our sons college graduation together and enjoyed the privacy of our own bedrooms and open floor plan to celebrate together. Dino was quick to respond. The check in process was a bit mysterious and odd. Dino asked me to call him back after he gave us the gate code and entry information to the front door of the cabin once we were settled in; at this point he asked me to "unplug" two cameras on the inside of the cabin after we had been there for over 30 minutes. The hot tub is a great amenity but it needed to be cleaned and filled by us on day one and did not heat up on day two so we were unable to utilize it. Overall the cleaning crew needs to detail the home as there are lots of interesting collectibles that deserve to shine and extras in the kitchen need to be organized and others tossed. Dino's cabin and his communication are on point but his cleaning team is not on top of the property to warrant 5 stars and the price we paid.
