Outdated and needed some repair
The condo served its purpose. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. The condo was pretty outdated though. The toilet in the master bedroom took about 1 hour to fill so we really weren’t able to use it. Also the screws in the carpet stripping were sticking up which was a little dangerous.

Condo was great. The only problem we had was the sink water in the kitchen went down slow and the garbage disposal didn't work. Could use black out blinds in the living room area.
View was awesome and the having everything centrally located was a bonus.
when first entering the room the room was filthy. There was piss all over the seats in the bathroom, piss all over the floor and crap on the bathroom rugs. The mirror is broken with a big crack. The chain for the toilet is rusting and came off which i had to fix. Both sliding glass doors were broken and could not be opened. Two out of 3 tv's in the room were broken. The stove is filthy and needed to be cleaned. The tiles to the floor were broken in certain areas. Chain to the door is broken. Looks like the place has not been cleaned or taken care of in awhile. When calling the company there was no care in the world. We were pretty much told take it or leave and get our money back after traveling 4 hours to enjoy a vacation. We expressed that we had young children and wanted a working chain on the door along with working sliding door locks but still no care. We had to call numerous times and finally had our sliding doors fixed and the handles put on because one door did not have a handle. The handle was actually sitting on the couch when we walked in. The screens are also broken on the sliding doors. The floors were not clean.
We apologize for the condition you found the unit it. That is absolutely not the standard to which we hold our properties. We also apologize on behalf of the person you spoke to on the phone. We keep cleaners on staff until 7pm on check-in days in case things like this occur. You are more than welcome to give us a call to request a re-clean. Re-cleans can be done the day you check in. The Sea Watch handles their own maintenance and they have people on staff until 4:30pm; if you need maintenance after that, we keep our maintenance on staff until 10pm every day. We take customer feedback very seriously and will be forwarding your other concerns to the owner. Again, we sincerely apologize.
View is great, but This property needs improvement!
It is not well maintained properly! Bathrooms are old ,no towel hangers; dishwasher noisy, beds are skweeky.Not worth the money! For the price you charge -much more expected!
