This rare top end-unit condo is the perfect spot for you to enjoy a short or extended stay in the beautiful Laurel Highlands in Western Pennsylvania. The views are stunning and you can see the next ridge 20 miles away on a clear day.

Located in the Swiss Mountain community at 7Springs Mountain Resort, the condo is just a few minutes drive from the ski slopes, renowned championship golf course, and sporting clays shooting course. A free shuttle runs year round to all areas of the resort or you can hike, bike or drive to virtually anywhere.

A short walk out of the front door also leads you to the heated pool that is open during the summer months, tennis and pickleball courts and an outdoor pavilion with BBQ area.

The following are some further details:

✱ Condo sleeps up to 8 people. There is a master bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king bed. There is a queen bed in the loft area. There is room for 4 in 2 bunk beds in the first floor bedroom. The master bedroom and bunk bedroom both have air conditioning. If you leave the bedroom doors open the air conditioning has the capacity to cool the entire condo.

✱ 2 bathrooms each with a shower/tub

✱ 8 guests maximum

✱ No smoking inside or on front or rear deck

✱ 1 pet is permitted. Large dog cage under queen bed in loft if needed. Pet cleaning fee of $25 applies for stay if you bring a pet. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds.

✱ All bed and bath linens are provided.

✱ Fully equipped kitchen

✱ Weber grill on deck with spare propane cylinder

✱ Washer and Dryer in 1st floor bathroom

✱ Please no skis or snowboards inside condo. Please either lock them against front deck railing, keep in/on your vehicle, or store down at the ski lodge in one of the lockers that are available. Please take boots off at the door and store on boot mats and trays at entry.

✱ Free parking at condo/no assigned spots

✱ Dumpster located in parking lot

✱ Sorry but use of fireplace is forbidden to renters per the HOA rules.
