Perfect for us!

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed 5 nights. It was very spacious. Loved the location - close to everything we did. The park across the street is great and the Piestewa Peak trails are close by. We spent time at both places. Having three bathrooms was wonderful and hard to find in a lot of places. We had a great time staying here! Highly recommend.

Love this Phoenix house on 20th St.

We loved everything about our stay. The house is very comfortable, appointed perfectly, clean, bright, and open. Enclosed back yard is ideal if you’re traveling with a dog. Location is fantastic—right across from Granada Park, close to the Biltmore corridor, easy access to the canal for walking or jogging, close to great hiking, lots of restaurants and shopping. The communication from the team at Elite Vacation Rentals was A.

Great location

Really nice space with plenty of room for a family or friends to gather. Location was perfect, park across the street was nice for morning/ sunset walks. Mostly quiet neighborhood, some speedy drivers on street at front of house.

Clean and Spacious

Overall good place to stay. Would have liked the water to be hotter in the shower though. Very spacious and roomy place. Has everything you need for a pleasant vacation.

Great Location All New Interior

My wife and I stayed here for several days while our house was under construction. As a local I knew the location very well and after searching several places that worked for best location this offered the very best amenities. We were very comfortable in this home all everything inside had just been remodeled and was brand new. The exterior is all desert and burnt out grass but the living conditions inside were amazing. I would highly recommend this home for a stay. I would also mention the 85" TV in the living room was off the charts and the 75" in the bedroom was also a nice amenity you don't typically get with short term rental.

Great Phoenix Location

Excellent location! Beautiful park across the street with a couple of ponds, and the canal close by to take strolls in the morning. Phoenix in August is hot, there's no getting around it. The back bedroom with the queen bed just never cooled off, so our friends had to sleep in the twin beds (not ideal- but cool). The back yard was not as pictured- but maintaining a lawn in the Phoenix summer is not water-wise. The beautiful palo verde tree in the back yard is amazing! Overall the property is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Business trip to Phoenix

The property was described well. The house was very clean and well appointed. Totally redone interior. Nice quiet older neighborhood, with a park across the street. We would definitely consider staying there again should the need arise.
