Walk to EVERYTHING-Catch a football game or concert at Empower Field *Watch the Rockies at Coors Field (maybe they’ll win this time!) *Take the pedestrian bridge to Whole Foods, Confluence Park and Union Station farmers market *Foodie haven—Bindery, Linger, Postino, El Five, Bar Dough, Fifth String and Little Man ice cream to name just a few.
The space
This sun-filled, bright chic city condo is centrally located to anywhere and everywhere you want to go. Bring your car and it just as likely will stay parked in the secure underground garage (rental comes with two free parking spaces/tandem.) Walk out your door and take advantage of all Denver living has to offer. You’re a five minute (or less!) walk to some of the city’s best restaurants—El Five, Linger, Root Down, Postino, Bar Dough, Avanti food hall and for dessert—Little Man ice cream. Walk across the Highland bridge to downtown Denver and you’re ten minutes to Union Station and its surrounding plethora of delicious dining like LeRoux, Citizen Rail and Tavernetta, or hit the spacious Whole Foods if you’re feeling like cooking in your large, fully-stocked kitchen. Easily walk to DCPA for live theatre, Boettcher Hall for the symphony, and the convention center, walk or bike the winding paths around Confluence Park, hit the REI flagship store on the banks of the South Platte river or take in a Rockies game at Coors Field, Broncos at Mile High, or head to Ball Arena (home of the Stanley Cup ‘22 champions, the Avalanche)! Visitors in town? They can stay one at many of the nearby hotels and you can all walk to the Denver Aquarium and the Children’s Museum. Grab a city bike or scooter for a quick jaunt to any of them!
A separate study/office space features a large desk with storage, unique wall mural, comfortable hanging chair, modern lighting and a vegan “cow hide” rug. A tall bookshelf with closed & open storage and enough open floor space to practice your downward dog rounds out your space. Take your Zoom calls with hi-speed internet and close the door when you’re done for the day.
After exploring the neighborhoods, you’ll find relaxation and comfort await you lounging on the custom-made velvet chaise lounge sofa taking in the latest on Apple TV. Or relax on a cool evening with a book on the swivel chair by the gas fireplace before you retire to your dreamy, soft king size bed and leave the city lights behind with black-out shades. Full en-suite bathroom includes marble-tiled shower with your choice of two shower heads, dual vanity sink, and a ton of storage space.
The walk-in closet has custom built in storage with shoe storage, pull-out shelves for sweaters and jeans and drawers for your smaller items, along with a pull-out jewelry drawer, all closed. Open half- and full-hanging rods for your pants, dresses and shirts, and a stool to sit on. Full length mirrors on two of the three doors let you see all your fabulous angles.
The utility closet just off the hall hides the full size washer & dryer and two laundry baskets, and two drying racks for your convenience.
Kitchen complete with a Bosch five burner gas stove, microwave, French door refrigerator, dual temp wine fridge, disposal and large capacity dishwasher. Have everything at the ready with an extra large pantry with lower level pull out drawers. Large kitchen island seats three and has quartz counters. Cupboards have everything you could possibly need for serving, cooking and baking.
Sip your morning coffee or tea on the sofa of our fourth-floor balcony in privacy thanks to the large tree you can practically reach out and touch, plus a modern metal mid-century inspired screen. Or, do as we do, and enjoy happy hour!
Although you’re close to everything, retain your quiet with eight-foot ceilings and ceiling-height, sound-insulating, functioning windows. Remote-operated blinds throughout (except the office).

When you live at The Edge LoHi, you’re on the edge of everything. Enjoy the lobby space, complete with complimentary coffee bar, fireplace and large tv before you head out for a night on the town. You can pick up your mail and packages from the secure parcel package locker. There’s also secure bike storage and a dog wash in the garage.
Views of the city skyline and mountains to the east and Elitch Gardens and Mile High stadium to the south. Warm sunset light reflecting off of the city’s skyscrapers is not to be missed! Get the penthouse views without the penthouse price!

Originally from Virginia (Anne) and “all over courtesy of the Navy” (Bill), we moved to Boulder in 2013 before settling in Denver a few years later. We love traveling and are excited to share our sweet, chic city condo with you this Summer & Fall!
