Fun and relaxation is waiting for you at this 3-bedroom house! With 2 queen beds and 1 full size bunk bed, this lovely property offers a cozy living room with a sofa pull out bed for extra space. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, and a washing machine. The bathroom features a refreshing shower. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
-Kitchen is equipped with plates, silverware, cookware, crockpot, coffee maker for coffee grounds full pot or a button to get just a cup, airfryer/microwave, gas stove and oven, toaster over, toaster, can opener, knife set, tupperware for leftovers, dish soap and wash cloths under sink. Roomy Fridge and lots of cabinet space for any type of getaway.
-First Room Downstairs, has a queen bed with a night stand and table lamp, dresser in case youd like to unpack, a smart tv and a floor stand fan and includes the washer and dryer for clothing,
-Living room couch has a full size pull out bed in case needed for extra sleeping room.
-Stairs to the top floor are what you would call a ships ladder- if you are not comfortable using them you may use the stairs that are located by the back door which go up to the second floor patio/balcony. If you have children there is a babygate at the top of these stairs.
-Upstairs you will first notice the pool table, feel free to use but please take care of it as if it were your own. As well as a lounge area to watch TV or gather to watch the game on a sunday.
-First Bedroom to the right of the stairs upstairs, includes a queen bed, night stand with a table lamp, dresser and a smart TV.
-Second bedroom on the other side of the stirs, is where the full size bunk bed set is found. Including a smart tv and a long dresser.
There are two decks that give full sun and two decks that are covered so you can enjoy being outdoors and enjoy listening to the rain on a tin roof or cover from the snow.
Two Local Stores with the convenience type of groceries with a very gret local Tavern/Restaurant at the end of the road.
During the Summer this location does include a keyfob to enjoy the pool down at Warblers Getaway and all of the amentities of the association such as gun range, sledding hill in winter, park for kids and a fishing pond. During the holidays they always have some kind of get together or event to enjoy as well!
Just off the Au Sable River and the main trails for snowmobiles and SxS riding. Canoe Rentals right down the road for pick up and delivery tours on the Au Sable for canoeing, tubing or kayaking. Trails are perfect for snowmobiling right now, grooming is on point and tons of snow.
Loads of fun to be had as well as the view to relax and enjoy the getaway.
