Our family LOVED our stay here! This place is exceptionally clean and well kept and the views from the living room and balcony are incredible! The hosts provided everything we needed for the beach like umbrellas, beach chairs, nets, googles and beach toys for the kids which made it so easy and less packing for our beach vacation! We literally just needed our swimsuits!! The communication with the host was excellent with the check in process, parking pass and check out. The location is perfect and a short walk to beach which we loved! Highly recommend this place, very family friendly!

Everything about the condo was as advertised and it is very clean. I would recommend this stay to any of my friends or family. The balcony and view is exceptional. Inside, the furniture is very clean and very well decorated. The condo has a comfortable feel to it and is welcoming. The property is well maintained and security to the unit and beach is good. The condo itself is centrally located to many things. Dan and Missy are very responsive to any questions you may have and they are very nice and professional. I cannot say anything negative as we did not experience anything on the downside. We plan to return if at all possible. Thank you guys for a wonderful vacation spot. Tim

Starts with great hosts. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures and smelled so clean upon arrival. Great views from the balcony. The location is close to anything you may need. Well stocked and filled with nice cozy touches everywhere. We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family and pet.

The condo is beautiful and very well appointed. The view from the den and balcony is breathtaking. The owners have literally thought of everything. I hope we can stay there again.

Condo was just as shown in pictures. Everything was clean and updated. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication with owners was great. The views were excellent and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying them. It was nice to be able to take our pups with us for our stay. I would definitely recommend this property and will likely return when I am in need of some Vitamin Sea.

Amazing 4th of July getaway

The property is exactly like the description. The owner is very responsive and communicates during your entire stay. A lot of beach stuff to use, leave yours at home. Clean and very nice layout of the condo. I would only ask for a few more bath towels for showering but not a big deal at all.

Very nice place. Everything you need. Very clean. Close to Walmart and Rouses. . Just a walk across the street. Beautiful view. Ac works great. Lots of tv stations and streaming. Water is so fresh taking showers. You name it they have it. Coffee makers, waffle maker. Anything you need for a pet. Living area very cozy. Entire family gathered to watch movies at night all sorts of games to play. Plenty of blankets Parking is very lighted and safe feeling. Bbq pits to be used. PoolIs clean and nice. Beach walk not far at all. Very clean. Loaded with beach equipment. Chairs kites boogie board umbrellas. Kitchen very equipped with anything you need. Easy access easy departure. We have an awesome stay and time

BEST CONDO, BEST OWNER equals BEST VACATION!!!

Look no further… this is the best 6th floor rental condo experience we have had!! The communication from Dan was exceptional!! The photos you see are the REAL thing!! The condo is beautiful, fantastic location, very short walk to the beach, ramp provided, pool was terrific right near the beach! The outside closest was filled with everything you’ll need to go to the beach! All the extras Dan has put in the condo is terrific from blankets, pillows, fan, hangers, suitcase rack, coolers, kitchen pots pans, blender, coffee maker, bowls, beach towels, extra towels and more! There are 2 elevators that work great. Parking is great and very close to elevators. Carts are also provided for easy loading and unloading. Location has everything in walking distance, restaurants, grocery store, etc. We had a fantastic expert with Dan and his condo, we will definitely be back! If I could we would rate Dan and his condo a TEN STAR RATING!!! Thanks for the best experience Dan, we appreciate it!!

The condo was extremely clean. One of the cleanest that I have stayed in over all the years we have been vacaying at the beach. The host was only a phone call or text away if anything was needed. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything needed to cook a meal. Very convenient location with grocery stores across the street. Overall experience is 5 ’s.
