Come and enjoy life on the water. Situated in a woodland setting, surrounded by crown land, so much to explore right here. Large wrap around deck, private dock and firepit. Wake up with the sunrise and soak up the sun at this south-east facing cottage.
The space
Large, open concept living, dining and kitchen space along with a fireplace, accompanied by 3 spacious bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. This is what dreams are made of! Part of a 3 cottage complex , each one with its own private wrap around deck, dock and firepit. Rent one, or bring the extended family and friends to enjoy the whole space!

A shared dry sauna and shared laundry is available on the property.

The canoes/kayaks are available for your use.
Other things to note
Water source is the lake and there will be a brand new ultraviolet water purification system put in place in May 2022. Water will be potable, but you are welcome to bring your own drinking water.
Quiet time starts at 11pm in consideration for your neighbors and the other property owners close by.

Bait shops, Grocery and LCBO are a short drive away.
