Enjoy mountain living in this cozy 3-bed, 3-bath, 1500 sq ft condo with multi-level layout, gas fireplace, and full kitchen. Walk to shops and restaurants or drive 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa and the Hot Springs. Grocery store across the street, outdoor grill on-site, and Wolf Creek Ski Area just 35 minutes away.

Guests will have access to the entire home and can reach us during the day and emergencies at night and on weekends. This is a self check in and check out condo.
Located near fishing lakes and the Recreational Center and walking distance to City Market and Walmart it's the perfect location to stay in the bustle of life, while still feeling tucked away from that big city hustle. Fishing licenses for the lakes can be provided at the Rec center. No swimming is permitted in the lakes as lake weed is prevalent and can snag a person. Small boats are allowed with permit.
Guests will be given an access code to gain entry to the home a few days prior to arrival.

With easy access to everything Uptown Pagosa has to offer, you'll be right in the heart of Fairfield Pagosa. Just a 5-minute drive lands you in historic downtown Pagosa Springs, where you can explore charming local shops and eateries.
Not into shopping? No problem. The beautiful San Juan River winds through town, offering plenty of opportunities for summer fun like kayaking, rafting, fishingâor grab a tube and float your way through town with no destination needed.
Prefer dry land? Lace up your hiking boots and explore nearby mountain trails, where wildflowers, aspen groves, pine forests, waterfalls, and wildlife await.
Local Hiking Favorites:
Opal Lake: No waterfall here, but donât miss it. A gorgeous, easy hike through aspen forests, whimsical toadstools, andâif you time it rightâwild strawberries. Located about 15 miles up Upper Blanco Road.
Fourmile Trail: A 6.2-mile round trip with peaceful meadows, big views, and a stunning waterfall finale. Take the lower trailhead off 4 Mile Road for the best experience.
Treasure Falls: Short, sweet, and packed with beauty. Just off Wolf Creek Pass, this easy trail leads to a magical waterfallâperfect for families and quick adventures.
Whatever your pace, Pagosa has the perfect outdoor escape for you.
There is one reserved parking space available for guest (spot is marked). There is also additional parking available by the reserved spot.
There is a pet fee of $30 per pet, with a limit of one pet, and pets must weigh 40 lbs or less.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged. Early check-in or late check-out is available for $15 per hour, which helps accommodate our cleaning schedule and preparation for the next guest.
Please contact the property manager to confirm availability for late check-out. Failure to comply with the check-out time may result in denied access to the property or immediate eviction.
Please note that trailers are not permitted to be parked anywhere within this condo association. Parking on the grass is also strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in designated parking spaces. Violators are subject to towing at the ownerâs expense.
