Steps to Beach - Bean Point Residence Unit B by SeaBreeze Vacation

For our beachgoer guests, the beach entrance to Anna Maria's sandy, white beaches are approximately 40 steps away. Bean Point Residence Unit B, the lower level of a two-unit home, offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Modern amenities include stainless steel appliances and up-to-date kitchen cabinets. The eat-in kitchen, overlooking the family room, creates a welcoming and inclusive space for gatherings and relaxation. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also features a king-size bed and uses the hallway bathroom. There's a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. Kindly be aware that the pool and outside area is shared with the lower level.

Walk through the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer and you'll step outside to the backyard that has a large heated pool and spa, perfect after a day at the beach. There are lounge chairs, a grill, an outdoor dining table and even a ping-pong table in the garage you can wheel out to enjoy. Please note that the backyard is a shared space with the upstairs unit, providing a communal area for all the guests.

Bean Point Residence Unit B is a great option to be close to the beach, shops and restaurants on Anna Maria Island.
