As they say "location, location, location." Adjacent to St. Ann's By-the-Sea church, everything you need is a walk or bike ride away - no car needed! Colony Beach (steps away), Dock Square (restaurants, shops, galleries just over 1 mile) and the Bush compound (1 mile).
Completely rebuilt and reimagined in 2023 with a comfortable, open-feel, coastal vibe. Light-filled spaces and ocean views from nearly every room. A large, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, small appliances and utensils. A combined living/dining room plus separate den. 3 full bedrooms including one on the first floor with king beds and ample closet space. A private office just in case you need to work from home. 3 full bathrooms and a second floor laundry room. 2 car detached garage and 6 exterior parking spaces. Linens and towels provided.
