Look no further than 166 Ocean Avenue. This unique property is superbly located in Kennebunkport's coveted Cape Arundel neighborhood. The home offers it all including an impeccable renovation coupled with sweeping ocean views.
As they say "location, location, location." Adjacent to St. Ann's By-the-Sea church, everything you need is a walk or bike ride away - no car needed! Colony Beach (steps away), Dock Square (restaurants, shops, galleries just over 1 mile) and the Bush compound (1 mile).
Completely rebuilt and reimagined in 2023 with a comfortable, open-feel, coastal vibe. Light-filled spaces and ocean views from nearly every room. A large, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, small appliances and utensils. A combined living/dining room plus separate den. 3 full bedrooms including one on the first floor with king beds and ample closet space. A private office just in case you need to work from home. 3 full bathrooms and a second floor laundry room. 2 car detached garage and 6 exterior parking spaces. Linens and towels provided.
