Cozy and Comfortable home with easy access to Hwy 60 and Springfield!

Enjoy your stay in this 3 bed 2 bath home with 2 living areas.
The main living room has a large sectional and gas fireplace great for spending time with family and reminiscing over memories made. Living room number 2, we affectionately call it "The Wood Room" is cozy and great for relaxing and unwinding.
The master bedroom has a king platform bed with attached master bath.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.
Living room 2 has a pullout sleeper that makes into a double.
There is a deck out back with plenty of seating as well as a firepit and gas grill. There is a big backyard that is privacy fenced great for the kids to hangout and play.
The home is located just off of Hwy 60 with easy access to all surrounding communities.
The home has a 2 car attached garage but is not included with the booking.

Relaxing family vacation

Was very relaxing. A nice place to stay after a long drive frim Washington state with 3 kiddos. Host was very responsive to any questions. The house was beautiful and clean way more comfortable than any hotel. It was a home away from home.

Wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Tina and Charles’ place for a wedding weekend in Springfield. The home was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and appreciated having access to a full kitchen; it made the trip feel like home. Thank you for being great hosts!

The property was amazing and we enjoyed our stay very much! The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. There are many special touches that made it feel like home away from home. We enjoyed the lovely deck and the lodge style room. The house is spacious and was perfect for our needs. The owners were very responsive and thoughtful. Updated & Very Clean Stay Near Spring Creek Estates

We had a fantastic three-night stay at this updated and very clean home for a wedding at Spring Creek Estates in Republic. The house boasts multiple modern updates throughout. While the add-on room was a bit warm, we easily fixed it by placing a fan at the entryway to direct cooler air in. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place to stay!

We had a great stay here! We needed a bigger house for our family thanksgiving and it was perfect. They even let us check in early so we could meal prep. Host is super responsive and great with communication. The house is spacious. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Great place for to relax and sleep after long day!

Nice quiet neighborhood and lots of space in the home for everybody to relax and do their own thing! They even had some snacks and travel toothpaste available to use as well! Very satisfied with our stay and thankful to have found it! Also check out the local donut shop right down the street for perfect, fluffy fresh donuts, you could even walk here!

FAMILY GET AWAY

This property was the perfect house for our family to get away for the weekend and enjoy some much needed time to be able to have dinner and visit with our family who lives in the Republic area. Its very spacious and clean. I grew up in Republic and my family still lives in Republic so we visit often and were so happy we have found this rental property! Finding this rental makes us so happy knowing that means more family visits for us!

Nice location!

We came to help my Mom who was admitted into the hospital ICU unit. The Lord called my Mom home while we were there which was unexpected. While I planned a funeral and cleaned out my Mom's house my husband amd kids enjoyed the relaxation of the house. The house was at a great location! Not to far from the hospital and just a walk to the most freshest donuts you'll ever have! S&L Donuts. We loved the space and walk in shower in the main bedroom.
