Enjoy south Florida beaches, boating and fishing on the Gulf only 10 minutes away at Englewood Beach! Then relax at this peaceful getaway on the canal. This comfy home sits in a friendly neighborhood next to a forest preserve with hiking, biking, swimming, tennis, disc golf, etc. nearby. Many amenities included like fully stocked kitchen, wi-fi, TV, Xfinity Flex streaming, car port, and nice deck. Kayak launch is on the dock in your backyard. Only 15 min. from Boca Grande island and 20 min. from Venice Beach.
From the inside, views of the canal and forest preserve are spectacular! You may even see a tortoise in your front yard. Relax in a beautiful king size bed with a view of the canal and plenty of storage for clothes. Nice size living room and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The second room is a private sitting area with a love seat that converts to a double bed, and the third bedroom is huge that sleeps up to five! It has a bunk bed and pull-out trundle, plus a day bed with pull-out trundle. Plenty of sleeping space! Separate laundry area has washer and dryer. Large car port can store up to 2 cars, and 2 bikes are included to enjoy the many trails right outside your door.
There is a large dock available! It has a kayak launch ladder for easy kayaking. Guests are allowed to tie off their personal or recreational vessels under 20' in length to the dock with their own ropes. The boat lift is not allowed for guest use.

We enjoy the quiet and peaceful town of Englewood and hope to share this great experience with our guests. You can go to 5 different local gulf beaches and see dolphins, soak up the sun's rays or look for shark teeth. You'll also like kayaking the intercoastal, boating, fishing, golfing, biking, tennis and swimming in the pool which is a 5 minute walk. We also love the farmers market and shops on Dearborn Street. We love being hosts so we can share our comfortable place with others so they can just relax on our canal deck or fish on the dock or explore Englewood. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Because it is surrounded by a beautiful reserve with abundant wildlife! The house is a nice size and backs up to a canal and private in the front with the reserve across the street. The lots are larger so that you are not too close to the neighbor next store. Most of all we like that the canal goes out to the intercoastal for kayaking and boating and the miles of bike trails down the street. And the pool, tennis courts and disc golf are another bonus!
