The home boasts an open and social layout filled with high-end features such as a gourmet kitchen, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds, an updated downstairs bonus area with a kitchenette, a spacious deck, a private hot tub, stunning views, the list goes on! Endless adventures await just outside your front door, & after a day of exploring your group will love relaxing in luxury at this stunning home.
The Space:
This spacious 4-bedroom home in the beautiful Blue River area is filled with classic cabin charm and modern amenities providing all you need for a comfortable stay. The home's 4 bedrooms are spread out across 3 levels of living space, with an updated ground-floor bonus room providing additional sleeping space, the home has room for up to 10 guests to enjoy a mountain escape together!
Enter the home via the attached garage where you will first come to a large mud room with ample locker-style cabinets offering a comfortable place to store your outdoor gear. On one end of the mud room you will find a stacked washer and dryer, and on the other side of the room is a Peloton bike so you can still get in your rides during your stay! From the mud room make your way up the stairs to the second floor where you will find the main living space.
The main level of the home features a living room, kitchen, and dining room, with high-vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams, soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, and views all around. Enjoy connecting with loved ones in the beautiful living room where you will find plush furnishings situated around an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone hearth that features a wood-burning fireplace. Kick back and enjoy movie nights in this inviting area, or connect with loved ones while enjoying the beautiful views over the surrounding nature from the soaring windows. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, a gourmet space perfect for cooking for a crowd!
