Other things to note
The home has 3 traditional bedrooms. A third sleeping space with a queen bed was added in the basement, which uses a curtain as a room divider.

The game room has a convertible bean bag that opens to a full mattress. While overall comfortable, this won`t have the support of a traditional mattress, and might be more suitable for kids or teens.

There is no cell phone service within 10-15 minutes of the property. As long as you enable WiFi Calling on your phone, you should be able to make calls or send texts.

This property is located in a small town. There is a corner store about 5 minutes away that has all the basic necessities, as well as a small grocery nearby. Woodland Park is around a 20 minutes drive and has a full array of shops and restaurants.

•We will send you a link to your electronic guidebook upon booking where you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.

As an Airbnb guest, you are welcome to use the hot tub and sauna at the property. However, please be aware that the use of these amenities is at your own risk. The property owner and Airbnb do not assume any responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of using the hot tub or sauna.
