Many statements and observations of this review are untrue or assumptions, there has been NO mold issues since my ownership of this property, the discoloration of the carpeting was from a previous owner (unknown cause) the carpets were professionally cleaned less than a year ago, unfortunately the discoloration remained. The moisture absorbing bags remain in the closet to prevent stale air, because there is no air vents in the closets and many guests do not even use the closet, those were there when I bought the condo and honestly I wasn’t sure of the use, until I googled it. There are working vent fans in all 3 bathrooms. There are working smoke detectors on each level along with fire extinguishers. Both balconies have access through the sliding doors and I do not have bars on the outside for any reason. I wish you would have mentioned you were having trouble with the door opening, I could have remedied that very quickly as we did the A/C unit that had froze up during your stay. I apologize that the kitchen knives weren’t up to your standards, and I’m not sure what the issue was with the dishwasher rack, maybe user error? All kitchen appliances were newly install in fall of 2023 along with the updated granite countertops, deep sink and faucets. The condo complex is older, we have updated the kitchen and bathrooms in our unit, I’m sorry you were not satisfied with the accommodation, although location and occupancy capacity make it a bargain for the area. Unfortunately this 2 star review will affect my hosting status and future bookings. I wish you the best in your future travels.
