Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful condo with 1bedroom with king size bed. Bunk beds, Clean rooms, balcony with beach view. right next to the pool, a 3 min. walk to the beach. The fridge could be upgraded, it was a little noisy. I would absolutely rent it again if available.

Great location, clean and comfortable

Great property. Thank you! If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking bring your own special knives, pans and cutting board. But all of the basics were covered including a blender. Lots of great towels, comfortable beds and great layout for a couple with one child who plan to mostly be out and about. Love the view down to the water and access to the beach and the Camille’s restaurant just a block away.

To try to keep it short, the floors were still pretty dirty upon arrival (we had to sweep), one of the glass lamp shades was broken and very sharp and could have hurt one of the kids if we did not remove it, they left 3 towels for us as a family of 5 and it took them over 2 days to bring more towels, we had to purchase towels for us to use, the toilet was clogged and it took them two days to send a plumber as well, this place was very poorly micromanaged, I never received any kind of phone call back regarding the issues, I am not looking for any money just be aware that this company is NOT ran smoothly and if you have any issues it will be a headache to deal with. Other than that the beach and Destin is amazing. Rent a pontoon and go to Crab Island for the day and play with the Jelly Fish!

Good stay with small communication issues

The condo is clean and bright. We thought the decor was lovely and the location to the beach was ideal. The code provided for the pool gate was not accurate and changed throughout the week. Luckily neighbors shared this with us. WiFi location and codes were also inaccurate. We could not use WiFi and the tv’s, which are Roku devices, did not work at times. We also did not know about the beach restrictions where we could set up chairs. None of these were big problems-just lack of communication. that

This is our 2nd year to stay in this exact unit. The decor is so nice and it’s an easy walk to the beach. Both years upon arrival the jets in the tub were covered in black mold. They did come and clean it promptly but I was surprised to have this issue two years in a row. Also, the beach access is confusing because evidently you have 20 feet that’s not private property to set up chairs. We did not have this problem last year. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This place was perfect! Our favorite things were staying in the tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean condo with the best little porch to enjoy the view and relax out of the sun. The walk to the beautiful beach was easy. The area had bike paths and yummy food options. We would love to come back again!
