19784 Keystone Drive- Located in Rehoboth Crossing, a town home community on Rt 1 just 2 miles to the beach, bike to the beach! This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhome is in impeccable condition and each room is tastefully decorated. It is an ideal vacation get-away that boasts 3 bedroom suites each with private bath. Just beyond the entrance you will have access to an attached single car garage. A private bedroom suite with a king size bed is located on this floor. The suite also includes a private bathroom with shower and vanity. Directly outside of the first floor bedroom is a patio. Perfect for de-sanding after a day on the beach! The second floor features a convenient open floor plan. The comfortable living room sofa also serves as a queen pull out sleeper. For your viewing pleasure, enjoy the 60 inch TV. Wireless high-speed Internet access is available throughout the home. Sliding doors from the living room lead to a fully screened in porch. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and includes a dining table. The kitchen, open to both the dining and living rooms features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is an ample supply of dishes, serving bowls, flatware, cookware, and wine/cocktail glasses. There is a cozy breakfast nook area within the kitchen that includes a table and chairs. A large powder room is adjacent to the kitchen and at the base of the stairs leading to the third floor. Two additional bedroom suites are located on the third floor. Just off the master bedroom is a private deck. At the opposite end of the third floor is another large, private bedroom with two twin size beds.
Rehoboth Crossing is a short 1-mile bike ride or walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach. Alternatively, you can take the public bus which is accessible at the entrance of our development. We are within walking distance to the tax-free outlet stores along Highway One as well as a short ride to miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, and a variety of state park beaches. The community features an in-ground swimming pool, clubhouse and cardio fitness facility. The development also backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail - a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE.
There is off street parking for 2 cars. Owner supplies one Rehoboth Beach Parking Permit.
Weekly rentals are typically from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is not before 3:00pm, check-out time is by 10:00 am.
This is a nonsmoking unit. No pets permitted.
A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $197.80.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
