We needed a house rental close to family. The McGuinn family were very welcoming and friendly. We were able to help feed farm animals, view artwork and wine made from their farm grapes during our stay. This is a sweet, family friendly farmhouse we would love to visit again when in the area.
It's a beautiful property with a spacious home it didn't even feel like I was on vacation it felt like I was home. Definitely will stay again on my next visit
This is a classic Kansas farmhouse and working farm. Friendly donkeys, sheep and greedy goats. House is in great condition with several updates and very clean.
We stayed at the guest house while attending the Southwest grand trapshoot. The property is a short 15 min drive to the club. It was very nice to come back to the farm house to relax and to enjoy a little A/C and a great porch to watch the sunset.
This house feels like home. The moment we drive up we knew the place was perfect. The grounds are perfectly manicured. The home is cozy and quiet. You can see the farm animals from the kitchen window which is a nice treat as you drink your coffee or wash dishes. The bed we slept in was comfortable and they had everything we might need available. We enjoyed long walks on the dirt road and saying hello to the donkeys and sheep. It was such a welcomed change of pace from our normal city life but close to anything we needed. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.
House was very clean with everything we needed supplied. Tons of room for kids to run around. Kitchen lighting definitely needs to be improved but that's the only negative I have.
We loved our stay! The owners were wonderful, accommodating and friendly! It was a quiet reprieve while visiting family in the area. My 5 year old great nephew loved it so much, he wants to have his next birthday party at his aunt's "house" (thinking that the farm house belonged to me). We will definitely stay again when we are in town.
