This property is located in a blue collar, multicultural neighborhood close to Wichita State. There is a lot of student housing and a park where many intramural are played caddy-corner from the house.

Easily walk to WSU or Fairmount Coffee Shop.

Guests have full access to the property. There is a locked detached garage that is used for storage.

The house is located with relatively easy access to 17th street and Hillside. There are several fast food restaurants close by as well as Wichita State University.

We do keep the house well-lit at night with both in front and around the back perimeter of the fence.

This property is NON SMOKING inside the property. This does include but is not limited to tobacco, cannabis and vaping. We do ask if you smoke outside to please leave all doors and windows shut and please do not throw ashes in the interior trash cans.

We do not allow Parties. We do monitor our Ring Doorbell. We will alert authorities and ask that you be removed from the property if there are any signs of a party.
