The Space:
Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for couples, families, and business travelers. Whether you're here for a business trip, vacation, or weekend getaway, our meticulously designed home caters to your every need.

Relax in the comfy living area and catch up on your favorite shows on the large Smart TV. The open layout makes it easy to move around. For extra guests, there's a Queen sofa bed and bench seating cushions for a single bed.

KITCHEN
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen. It has modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and all the utensils you need. Enjoy your meals at the high-top counter and make memories with loved ones.

BEDROOMS
In the master bedroom, unwind in luxury with a plush King bed, soft linens, and comfortable pillows ensuring a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, ideal for guests or family members, with both rooms tastefully decorated to foster a tranquil ambiance.

BATHROOMS
There are two modern bathrooms ready for your use! Start your day with a refreshing shower. We provide fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

OUTDOOR COURTYARD
Step outside to your private courtyard! Enjoy your morning coffee or have a BBQ in the evening. Play some Corn Hole and make lasting memories with your loved ones.

Guest Access:

You'll also find popular attractions, parks, and hiking trails within close proximity, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Colorado Springs.

Getting Around:
Immerse yourself in the local culture, explore the nearby attractions, and create unforgettable memories. While we are within walking distance of the vibrant heart of Old Colorado City, if you happen to come across a Lime or Veo Scooter, you can elevate your convenience and add an extra dose of fun to your transportation experience!

Other Things to Note:
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!

For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.

We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.

This is a garden level basement unit with a private entry.

Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property

Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
