The lower level welcomes you with an inviting entrance leading to a spacious living area, a chic dining space with an 6-seater table, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting the latest appliances for culinary enthusiasts. A dedicated study provides the perfect workspace for remote professionals. The living area, adorned with ample seating and a large screen TV, seamlessly connects to the outside patio, creating an ideal space for relaxation and entertainment. The patio features outdoor seating and is perfect for al fresco dining.
Venture to the top level, where three tastefully appointed bedrooms await, each accompanied by its own en-suite bathroom. Two of the main bedrooms grant access to a balcony that offers panoramic views of the ocean, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of waves and breathtaking vistas. All bedrooms are strategically positioned to capture the mesmerizing ocean views, creating a serene retreat within the heart of Camps Bay.
Camps Bay Nest is not just a residence; it's a haven where style meets tranquility, offering an unforgettable stay with unparalleled ocean panoramas and modern comforts.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: As a professional property manager, we are delighted to inform you that all our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, removing the need for you to provide a physical cash damage deposit. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Superhog is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a physical damages deposit prior arrival.
