Spacious 4 bedroom family villa with additional bunk beds for children, sleeping 12 in total (maximum of 8 adults). Gorgeous views and private pool.
The Space:
Build over 3 levels, this spacious family villa is perfect for a multi-generation family holiday. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with additional bunk beds in the games room, sleeping a maximum of 4 children.
The main entertainment area, with comfortable lounge, expansive dining areas and modern open plan kitchen, is situated on the upper level. This area has access onto a private balcony with lovely views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is a private pool and gas barbeque/braai on the balcony.
The middle level (entrance level) has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) as well as a guest toilet.
The lower level has the fourth bedroom (en-suite) as well as the games room with TV, comfortable couches and pool table. There are 2 bunk beds which can accommodate an additional 4 children (under 16 years). This area has access to the downstairs patio with a plunge pool.
This spacious family home is also equipped with battery backups so you won't be without light or entertainment during periods of load shedding (rolling blackouts) which happen from time to time in South Africa. The backup batteries power all lights and most plugs in the property, as well as WiFi, so all entertainment options work. There is also a gas HOB in the kitchen and gas BBQ/braai on the balcony, so cooking is no problem at all.
The bunk beds are for children under the age of 16 only. A maximum of 8 adults can be accommodated at the property.
Road noise may be experienced during peak traffic times.
This is a semi-detached home in a complex shared with 3 other homes.
LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the property. Hours are usage dependant.
What Isnât Powered: The plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding, including the airconditioners, washing machine, dryer, electric oven and the geysers are also excluded from the power backup.
What Doesnât Require: The gas stove works throughout loadshedding.
HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.
