• The studio is complete with high-speed internet, a laptop-friendly workspace, and access to two beach cruiser bicycles for touring up and
down the beach strip.
• The property has a private laundry that opens to the back patio, which is dedicated to this unit.
• The space features one bedroom and one bathroom with one queen size bed, accommodating a maximum of two guests.
• The property provides access to beach amenities such as beach access, a private entrance, a shared patio or balcony, a shared backyard (not fully
fenced), outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill.

Our area is made up of several Beach communities, including Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, and Ponte Vedra Beach.

The area is one continuous strip along the coast, and there are a ton of restaurants and bars nearby as well as the beautiful white sand beaches to explore. The further down the strip you go the more likely you are to get into some heavily attended seafood restaurants as well- keep it in mind should you decide to stop for a break or need an idea for dinner!

The immediate Jacksonville Beach area can be enjoyed by bicycle, but parking is readily available as well, so you will have no problem getting around by car if you want to explore the other nearby towns.

Unfortunately, our area is not a heavy user of public transportation. We recommend you plan to get around by car whether that is a personal vehicle, rental, or even an Uber/ Lyft. We have not received any feedback that Uber or Lyft had any difficulties finding the property!

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Please note the pet rules below:

Pet Rules
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.
- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the house
- Do not use household towels, linens, or bedding for pets.
- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
 
(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
