✔️ The apartment has a keypad lock and guests are provided with a unique code to access the unit before check-in. This contactless check-in process allows guests to arrive at any time after the 4pm check-in time and let themselves in without any hassle.
✔️ There is also a combination lockbox at the property with a backup key that guests can use if needed, and they will be provided with that code in the welcome email before check-in.
✔️ The property also offers free wifi, HD TV, a washer and dryer in the unit, and free parking on the premises as well as on the street.
✔️ The property provides guests with free to use utensils including cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher, a stainless steel electric stove, an oven, a coffeemaker, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a hot water kettle, a toaster, a baking sheet, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine.

This property offers a cozy and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private unit with a king bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room that can accommodate a third traveller if needed.

• Guests can take advantage of free parking at the building as well as free street parking in front of the apartment.
• While having a car is recommended to explore Jacksonville, guests can easily get around using Uber if they plan to stay in the neighbourhood primarily.
• The space is perfect for couples, solo travellers, or business trips, and offers a private entrance and outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy.

We have a city bus system, so you can definitely get around that way, but Jacksonville is not known for its public transportation. We recommend a car if you are planning to be out in about outside the neighborhood. If not, Uber would be sufficient.

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you plan to bring a pet when booking with us, please inform us in advance. The fee for pets is non-negotiable for any animal. Please note the pet rules below:

Pet Rules
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.
- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the house
- Do not use household towels, linens, or bedding for pets.
- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
 
(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1000 fine. A party / event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property or the number of guests booked.

We highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes my cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which I hold them to.

We have a smart thermostat in this home and do limit temperatures to the following ranges to reduce our environmental impact:

Summer - 70 to 85 degrees F
Winter - 60 to 75 degrees F

***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside the property or in any outdoor areas***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee***
