Step inside this extremely spacious, contemporary 4 bedroom plus Office/Den and 3 bathroom house featuring a heated pool and spa, outdoor BBQ along with a tastefully decorated interior with a new modern touch. The island Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge and bar seating for four as well as an adjacent elite glass Dining Table for eight. The entire house is fitted with state-of-the-art technology such as highest speed Fiber Optic Internet as well as Direct TV.

The Grand Master bedroom features a King Bed with direct pool access and its own Master en-suite bathroom. One Guest Room has another King Bed with an attached bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a Queen Bed and Guest Bedroom 4 is fitted with a convenient Full Size Bunk Bed plus a single Twin Trundle bed attached to another full bathroom. The Office/Den has a comfortable Full Size Sleeper Sofa.

The entire home is fenced in for complete privacy to give you a peaceful retreat and the perfect setting to watch the sun set over this southern exposure while enjoying the peaceful quiet outdoor area including the stylish heated tile pool, spa, outdoor lounge area, fire pit table and built in BBQ.

A perfect combination of coastal design flowing harmoniously throughout this wonderful vacation rental which is located only 1 mile to Vanderbilt Beach and to the entertainment area of Mercato which features a British Pub, Blue Martini, Cavo Lounge and many more bars and restaurants. Also within just 2 miles are all well-known supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Walmart and Whole Foods as well as Paragon Cinemas.

Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was the perfect choice. The home was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious—ideal for a relaxing family trip. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, just 5 minutes from Vanderbilt Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even better. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We absolutely loved it and would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Naples Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this house. Traveled with the family to spend Memorial Day weekend at the beach and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful and it had everything we needed and more. It is very close to Vanderbilt beach and it has tons of grocery stores and very nice restaurants nearby. The host was very friendly and even gave us a free late checkout. Highly recommend. Cannot wait to go back.

Proximity to the public beach is great! Pool was smaller than we expected-but for our 4 young kids was perfect and the heater kept it nice and warm! The bedroom layout also was great for our younger kids.

This is an amazing property. Initially I booked the stay for 3 days but extended my visit 3 times and ended up staying for 1 month. The home was beautiful and very well equipped for a VRBO. A New Gem in Naples

Wow, what a gem! We've stayed in Naples in the past but this was our first time in this area and in a newly-constructed home. Loved the location. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) to Vanderbilt Beach. We would also take the bikes to the beach. Mercato is very close as well. We've always gone to 5th Avenue for dining but discovered new favorites in Mercato, including an excellent coffee shop. The house itself is beautiful and well-equipped with modern furniture/decor and of course, all new appliances. We found the layout to be really quite spacious and comfortable for our party of 7. We especially loved the outdoor area for grilling and lounging after the beach. Thomas was an exceptional host, very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend! We'll be back!

Wonderful house!!!

Our stay here was fabulous. This house has everything - spacious rooms, baths, and fully stocked. The pool and spa are just gorgeous. Thomas, the property manager, is great to deal with and will answer any questions you may have ASAP. I fully recommend this house to anyone.

Family vacation

We came w our two small children, ages 4 and 2. I was worried the pool being so close would be a problem/the children opening the doors and going out. But the alarm on the door plus the weight of the door made it impossible for them to open/move it which put me at ease right away. Place was great. Thomas was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Perfect family vacation (family of 6 stayed very comfortably). House is brand new, beautiful. Everything inside very, very comfortable, from couch to beds to blankets, etc. AC works great. Outdoor setup was perfect; pool/hot tub set up was amazing for kiddos. Short walk to Vanderbilt beach. Not a single complaint, it was such a great trip. Thomas was great as well. Answered the few questions we had promptly!

Naples Perfection

Highly recommend this property! It is in the perfect location, completely stocked with everything you need and is beautifully done. We loved the closeness to the beach, the properties pool & hot tub and closeness to shopping and restaurants. Anything we needed they had thought of and provided, beach towels, bikes, cooler. It totally exceeded our expectations. Host and owners were so responsive and welcoming. Will return to this property when in the area. Loved it!!!!

We try to help owners design them from the top to bottom with the thought of what we personally look for in a vacation rental and see as the most important things. We ensure all of our guests are 100% satisfied. A vacation is only as good as you enjoying yourself and feeling good during the entire time.

This is one of our favorite properties because we saw the perfect layout in the design of the rooms within the house giving everyone staying their personal space and yet family living room to gather at the same time. With a maximum capacity of 12 people you still have plenty of room for everyone. This is a unique property with so much attention to detail and interior design ranging from the furniture to the paint and amenities. This definitely makes you feel like you are on an instant vacation from the minute you open the door and walk straight out to the pool.
