This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. No parties or large gatherings will be allowed. No smoking is allowed in or on the premises at any time. Please note that this home has a camera facing the back gates and the parking area.

This home contains many stairs to and from the home as well as inside. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.
Your reservation will be confirmed once the Occupancy Agreement has been signed and the initial payment has been received. Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking.

San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb. A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee for each pet ($225 + tax). Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
