This quiet, cul-de-sac, two-story family home is nestled in the heart of Lancaster, California. Enjoy a sunny California day outside on the balcony, in the pool, or playing basketball. Self check in with door code. Free 3 car parking on the driveway. Perfect home to vacation or celebrate with family and friends, have a BBQ, to entertain, or to stay during a business trip. No events/parties allowed. No smoking/drugs. No unauthorized guests.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 beds, 3 queens and 1 king. One bed in each room. 1 Tv in each bedroom with access to your streaming services during your stay. All bedrooms are upstairs. 2 full bathrooms and ½ bathroom. House can comfortably fit 6 guests.

The in-ground pool cannot be heated, as there is no heating system available. However, an inflatable hot tub is available for your use during your stay. The wooden storage shed, fenced pool equipment area, and garage will remain locked and inaccessible during your visit.

There are multiple exterior cameras located around the property. There are cameras in the front yard, front door/doorbell, backyard, garage, and both sides of house. There are no cameras inside the home for your privacy. Street cleaning is on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Pool maintenance is Friday and landscape maintenance is on Thursdays. Maintenance Access: Routine lawn and pool service may occur. Workers will access the property externally only via the side gate and never enter the home.
