MUSC 15 minutes and Isle of Palm beach is 26 minutes away. Fully stocked kitchen with Stainless Steel Appliances & Granite Countertops. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms all of which are a nice size. Two smart TVs upstairs. One tv on each bedroom. Sleep up to 4 guests. 1/2 Baths, living room and dining room. Roku TV with Comcast in the living room, free wifi, Free parking (two spots). Enjoy the spacious back yard.Our place may not be safe or suitable for children or infants due to childproof home! NO PETS

Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave so you can fix a meal if you want. All of our beds have queen mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds and bathroom essentials. Most things you will need in the kitchen (minus your food of course) Our place is 10minutes from the airport, next to a major highway and a main road, so be aware of the noise. We also provide ear plugs in case of noise sensitivity.

- Due to allergies/asthma, our home is pet and smoke-free. SMOKE OUTSIDE THE HOUSE ; no exceptions

* NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS ALLOWED. VIOLATION FEE $200

* NO PETS ALLOWED. If violated there would be a $200 fee for additional clean up

Guest also understands that Charleston is located in a subtropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Although owner will use its best efforts to hold to a minimum your interaction with these pests during your stay, Guest understands that any contact by Guest with such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give to the guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment


CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS

1.Check for any personal items (Did you check closet, bathroom, shower, and under beds?)
2.Wash your dishes before you leave.
3. Empty the fridge and take out the trash.
4. Group dirty linens together and put them on the hamper located in each bedroom.
5. Please leave the house in the condition you found it.
6. Please turn off all lights but not the AC.
7. Make sure the door is locked behind you!
