This property is locally owned and managed by us, residents of Rapid City. We respect your privacy and will not be present during your stay, but live in the neighborhood and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. You can expect timely and personal responses directly from us.

Amazing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom zero-entry house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main floor with full accessibility. The house also has a long frontage on a road with dedicated lane for street parking that will accommodate most trailers brought to town for stock show, motorcross, Sturgis Rally, etc.

We've attempted to make this house as friendly to seniors and those with challenges with steps. The path from the driveway to the front door is a gentle sloping ramp with a handrail until you reach the front door. Once inside, you'll find everything you need at ground level - kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, rear deck, 2 full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts an ensuite bathroom with ADA-compliant assist handles for both the toilet and to enter/exit the shower/tub.
Each of the beds are outfitted with comfortable bedding, pillows and extra blankets to accommodate most sleeping styles. We also have extra bedding and pillows. In the downstairs, we have lots of sleeping capacity for large families/groups with a massive queen-over-queen bunk bed in one bedroom and two twin over twin bunk beds with a pull out twin trundle under one.

The upper and lower living rooms have plenty of comfortable seating capacity so that large groups/families can spread out and enjoy the two 65" Smart VIZIO HDTV's that are supported by the highest speed WIFI available in the area. We've also got a full size foosball table and several board and card games and a game table to play them on.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the popular utensils and cookware to include a crockpot, duo Keurig coffee maker with traditional coffee pot. Large initial stock of K-cups, sweeteners, and creamers to get you started before you hit the local grocery store. In the warmer months, there is a large propane grill on the backyard deck where you can grill and enjoy the amazing South Dakota sunsets over the Black Hills and the kids can enjoy the large back yard. As development continues in the subdivision, there will be additional houses built to the rear of the house, but it will also bring a walking trail that will be accessible from the gate in the back yard.

To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

Quiet hours run from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. so that everyone nearby (you included) gets a real night's sleep.

No Parties - We love hosting typical friend/family gatherings — shared meals, game nights, catching up, or relaxing after sightseeing — those activities are all welcome! However, parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. If it involves a DJ, a fog machine, a cousin yelling “WOOOOO!”, or friends of friends showing up at all hours, it is not allowed. Still considering hosting your party here? Please keep in mind that the property is monitored by exterior security cameras and our safety-conscious neighbors who help us keep the space safe, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone — including future guests like you.

Unauthorized visitors - To keep our insurance company happy, the number of overnight guests may not exceed the number listed in your reservation. Any unauthorized visitors during Quiet Hours may be treated as overnight guests and result in extra charges and/or cancellation.

Animals - Due to severe owner allergies, no pets or animals of any kind are allowed on the property, inside or out. A significant sanitization fee will be charged for violations. We adore animals — our immune systems do not.

Smoking - Smoking is not allowed inside the home or anywhere on the property except the sidewalk or street. This keeps the property fresh and prevents any lingering odors from entering the home. Our couches and carpets thank you in advance for your compliance. A $500 deodorizing fee may be applied if evidence of smoking is found any nearer to the house than the sidewalk or street.

Food and Drink - Please limit eating and drinking to the kitchen and dining areas. The laminate in the kitchen was designed to clean up with ease; that area rug in the living room and that carpeting in the bedroom, not so much.

Shoes - Leave your cares and your shoes at the door to keep dirt and debris off the flooring. Seriously, please do not wear your outside shoes inside. Dedicated inside-only shoes are permitted for those who need them.

Primary Guest: The person who makes the reservation must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. We do not allow third party bookings. The primary guest will be required to sign an online rental agreement verifying that they and all the guests will be informed of and abide by these rules during the stay before access to the property will be granted.
