This is a very tranquil and peaceful property with a lot of privacy. The one side of the home on the pool side has a 6' concrete wall up along the pool area and a wooden fence on the lower yard. The other side has a huge bank of 20' clumping palms on the uppers side and chainlink fence with bushes on the lower. The yard looks out on the water and across is a preserve. You can sit on the dock and feed the turtles and fish. It is a bracish Tidal river with a lot of fish species. You can catch lots of fish. Just some of the fish we have seen and caught: Tilapia, Black Drum, Mangrove Snapper, Snook, Sunfish, Sheepshead, we have seen Tarpon and Alligator Gar We will have 2 fishing poles and a very basic tackle set. There is a gas station with frozen bait 5 min away. Other wildlife that comes down the river are manatee, birds, and the occasional alligator. They just swim by (don't go swimming in the river and never feed the gators.) Enjoy the pool. Have a cookout at the Gas BBQ area with Sit at Bar. Swing under the Balcony Loft. The home has Smart TVs and high speed Xfinity wifi. We have a huge selection of board and card games for you to play. The kitchen has a huge Sub Zero Refrigerator and Freezer with Ice Maker. We leave pots, pans, silverware, glasses, cooking utensils, Microwave with Airfryer, Coffee Maker that can use the Kpods or make a pot and a Initial starter coffee pod & pouch set. Publix Supermarket is 5 min away for you to stock up. There is an upright piano in the Formal living room and two sofas to enjoy the music. The Family room has a huge 85' wall mounted smart tv and a blue ray /dvd player and a cabinet full of movies. If you want to go to the beach it is an easy 20-30 min to the Fort Pierce Beaches to the north or the Jensen Beaches to the south. Movie theater, Bowling, Arcade, Trampoline park about 15 minutes west in St Lucie West with lots of shopping and restaurants. There are multiple golf courses in Port St Lucie the St James Golf Course is about 10 min away PGA is about 20 min. For nature lovers the Oxbow Eco Center is 5 min away with an Environmental Learning Center on a 225 acres Preserve on the river with miles of Trails, Nature Playscape and Gardens open sunrise-sunset 365 days a year. The River Park Marina is only about 10 minutes away with a Playground, Boat Launch and Canoe Rental.
Baseball fans will love the Clover Park Mets Spring Training Stadium which is only 15 minutes west. There are a lot of choices for shoppers with the Nelsons Farmers market only 10 min away on Midway road or you can enjoy the Farmers Market and Art Festival every Saturday in Downtown Fort Pierce. We have lots of local breweries: Hop Life, Sailfish, Islamorada, Pierced Cider, Side Door and Summer Crush Vineyard with weekly musical offerings. St Lucie County offers lots of options for the beach goers. There are
a lot of unspoiled and free parking public access beaches, Beaches with lifeguards and even specialty offerings at certain beaches. You can go for a horseback ride on the Beach at Frederick Douglas Park. You can Visit Pepper Park and the Navy Seal Museum, The Fort Pierce Inlet State Park on the inlet is a local favorite We call it Pay Beach" because that one has a fee. There is also a Dog Friendly beach at Walton Rocks and a Clothing Optional Beach at Blind Creek. If you want a touch of the country life you can visit the Celtic Fields Farm and meet and feed Mini Dexter Cows, a Fainting Goat, Katahdin Sheep, Kune Kune Pigs, Horses, Mini Donkeys, Bunnies, Chickens, a Cockatoo, Axoladal, and who knows what other animals may make an appearance.

We provide you initial basic start up supplies. Toilet paper and paper towels on all holders. Additional supplies may be needed to be purchased depending on your length of stay. There are 4 pillows on Queen and King Beds- 2 pillows on each full 1 on each twin. With 1-2 extra pillows in each closet. There are towels in the bathrooms with additional in the 2 linen closets. Depending on the length of your stay you may want to wash them in the provided upstairs and garage washing machines.
