Welcome to Coconut Plantation 1074-4 by Gather, a dreamy 2-story beach house located in the serene Coconut Plantation at Ko Olina Resort. This high-quality resort home is the epitome of a tropical getaway, combining the comfort of a luxurious townhome with the charm of beachside living.
This splendid three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome is a masterpiece of design and comfort. As you step inside, you're greeted by a bright, airy atmosphere, tastefully decorated in a refreshing beach theme.
Start your day under the swaying palm trees on one of your private lanais, savoring a morning beverage before heading to the large, fully equipped kitchen to prepare a leisurely breakfast. Custom cabinetry and woodworking, stainless appliances, and granite countertops give the kitchen a high-end feel. Not in the mood to cook? Opt for a short walk to one of the local eateries within the Ko Olina Resort.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary bedroom suite provides a serene escape, complete with luxurious bedding and tasteful decor. The additional bedrooms are equally comfortable and stylish, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests.
The location of Coconut Plantation 1074-4 is ideal, right inside the gates of the resort, and conveniently close to the market, shops, and restaurants of Ko Olina Station. A five- to 10-minute walk will take you to the pristine ocean lagoons or the community's two pools.
Spend your days meandering along the Ko Olina Lagoon Path, relaxing at the beach, playing a round of golf, or exploring the beautiful island of Oahu. Take in the spectacular Hawaii sunsets from the deck of a ship or your own private lanai, and take part in a local luau.

• Electricity Usage $500/month Cap - Guest is responsible for usage in excess of $500.
• Coconut Plantation does not allow overnight parking of Commercially Registered Vehicles.
• Per Oahu Ordinance, this home has a minimum 29-night rental period. (The nightly rental rate advertised would be multiplied by the number of nights rented; with a minimum of 29 nights).
1 Assigned parking stall for standard or compact vehicles only. We cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or large SUVs. Public parking or street parking is not available in this community. If you arrive with a vehicle that does not fit into the assigned parking space, you might be turned away and not allowed to check in.
Ola No Smoking Clause for all Residential Vacation Rentals: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the vacation rental property. This includes, but is not limited to, the interior of the accommodation, balconies, patios, and any common areas within the property. The policy extends to the use of cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, marijuana and any other form of smoking or vaping.
Guests are required to respect this no-smoking policy to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all occupants and neighbors. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty, and the cost of any necessary cleaning, deodorizing, or damage repair will be charged to the guest.
It is the responsibility of the guest to inform all members of their party and any visitors about the no-smoking policy. Failure to comply with this policy may lead to eviction from the property without refund.
The property owner/manager reserves the right to enforce this policy and take appropriate action against any guest or visitor found smoking on the premises.
By booking and accepting these terms and conditions, the guest acknowledges and agrees to abide by the no-smoking policy outlined above.

The Asphalt Roadway and Driveway Seal Coat Project will take place from April 2 to July 10, 2025. During this time, asphalt repairs, reconstruction, and seal coating will be conducted in phases, which may impact parking and vehicle access.
- Repairs & Reconstruction: April 2 – April 8, 2025
- Seal Coating: May 19 thru July 10, 2025 (weather permitting) in 8 phases
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary Parking: Available in designated areas (refer to posted notices)
- Vehicle Removal: Must be moved by 7:00 AM on scheduled workdays to avoid towing at the owner’s expense
Noise, dust, and temporary access restrictions may occur. Mail and non-essential deliveries may be delayed on affected dates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this essential maintenance project.
