Very spacious clean bedrooms and quiet area on the seafront. The Host was wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. Free parking at the back of the property, which is a bonus. *Please ignore the keysafe to the left of the front door! There is an electronic touch pad (not apparent) on the main door handle; touch it with 3 fingers and then enter the code provided.

Review

Was very disappointed with how dirty the bathroom was. Tolilet was disgusting and sink and shower floor hadn't been cleaned. We had fresh bedding and towels but didnt use the shower due to it being dirty. Cant comment on kitchen as didnt use it. Location was great and owner of property had great communication with me. Felt it was expensive for how it looked on pictures.

Better than first impression

The outside of the property leaves a lot to be desired especially around the back where we saw a rat running under the bins, however once inside the flat it was pretty clean. It was quite hard finding someone to let us in the property at check in as I was expecting a lady who I had corresponded with by email only to find out the flats are actually managed by a company called Stayz. The man who did eventually let us in though was very pleasant and helpful and apologised for the check in process. When settled in we realised there were quite a few things missing e.g mugs, towels, teaspoons etc I tried the 24hr assistance phone number, left a message, went out and when we returned they had all been left for us. The flat we stayed in had 3 spacious bedrooms however the kitchen/lounge did not really match with only a 2 seater couch and 3 chairs around a small table so we had to take it in turns to eat when we did stay in and only did this once as found it quite difficult with not much space. There was a tv in every bedroom however with no instructions couldn't get any of them to work all weekend but given how hard it was to get in touch with anyone gave up trying. The flats are situated in a good place to get around skegness and a bus stop right outside if you want to go to Ingoldmells? For the price it was cheap and cheerful and only if it was for a couple of nights would probably stay again?
